However this number, the unlisted, unpublished, apparently for only special services number, 866-384-4425 will connect you to a live person, one that is actually nice and seems very eager to solve your problems.

We went to a cricket store in green bay wi. on the frontage road and the person who was helping behind the counter was rude. We said hi to her when we walked in. She says im with a customer right now. The customer came out of the bathroom as we had stood there for 5 min.another customer comes in ..i moved closer to the counter and stood there 10 more min. As we stood there waiting the worker looks at the customer behind us " what could she help her with" WOW.. LIKE I AND MY MAN WERENT NEEDING HELP!!

CALL CRICKET CORPORATE OFFICE DIRECTLY!!! I have just verified who has claimed to be an executive manager at Cricket HQ in Atlanta. So far verified these numbers... 470-563-7630 thru 7640. At 7635 you will probably reach Daisy, who will not give her company id or the first letter of her last name. They are filled with deciept and lies, even at HQ. Daisy claims she is in the same team as CEO Dwyer CALL THEM NOW AND OFTEN! PUSH FOR REAL CHANGE IN HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE POSTING THE RECORDED CONVERSATION VERY SOON! THEN YOU CAN HEAR IT ALL FOR YOURSELF!

I went in December to cricket and bought a lg stylo 3, temper glass and case yesterday I dropped my phone and broke the glass in it I thought it was the temper glass but for some reason there wasn't one on it so cricket says I have to buy a new phone that the year warranty is voided because I broke the glass bs if u ask me
