    • Well, this is really a trick. I pressed "0" 6 times until ending up at a recording saying that they needed to pull up my account information. I then entered "#" 4 times until the recording gave up and said they would transfer me to a live person.

AOL fails and refuses to provide access to the AOL service for which I am paying. Is there anything you can do to assist, or not? Please provide an email address for Tim Armstrong and/or Julie Jacobs. This failure to provide a temporary password is actionable, and I need to notice these lawyers.

I don't understand why I would have to pay for help even if it's refunded I would like the service off .I don't need it anymore thanks

New format sucks worse than the last one, After almost 25 years I am about to throw in the towel on AOL, every change for the past few years has just made it worse, I'm done.

Your changes having people leaving AOL in droves. You took away the things that made this company unique. What was where you all not thinking? I had to stop urging people to join because of the bad changes.

Totally unable to reach them in any manner. Tried telephoning and it just cuts off. You cannot even email or reach tech support unless you can sign-in with a password. BUT if you have lost the password you cannot reach anyone.
