Unum Is Not A Customer Service Company They Lie, Cheat And Are Not Honest With You The Customer. Refuses To Give A Number Or Tell You When They Call, Refuses To Reply To Multple Emails. Have Spent 3 Months Trying To Get A Claim Taken Care. Called Friday And Was Told By System After First Entering Last 4 Then Full Ssan That They Have No Record Of Me.
