To whom it may Concern, I recently put in for a hardship only to again and again get turn down. I was missed diagnose in December and as a result I had a surgical procedure .which brought me to this point. But supervisor Cameron Ziygtema let me know that the letter that was ask for was Still not acceptable. and the Senior Foreclosure Officer don't Matter ...That's what your supervisor said.... My Home is in Danger of Foreclosure at this point your Staff have no compassion, are not Relatable and with all that is happen I believe you want sign on door, and court appearance from me before Voya release my money I put in ...This is Awful......
