after paying off my 60month loan early, i rec'd a overpayment refund.
since i had been out of work for over 2 years, this was a pleasant surprise.
My next surprise was 4 months later when i got a nasty letter telling me it wasn't my money and i better return it now. also said my account was still open and i needed to keep making payments.
whooooaaaa.
not happening. i will keep you posted.

I have a 2007 ford Freestyle with the perverbial throttle body issue. Ford CRC should be calls for customer don't care. This issue has plagued this model and others and Ford has done nothing. Of course the part is on back order for at least a month and I am out a vehicle I am paying on. I for one wish I could dump this care but alas, I cannot as im upside down. I for one will NEVER purchase another for vehicle and I have owned several. This is outrageous.

2010 F150, less than 6 months old and less than 7,000 miles. Brake Booster failed while driving down interstate while pulling camper. By the grace of God I was able to get stopped and avoid an accident. As much of a nightmare as that was, dealing with Ford's so called customer care team has been worse. Worst customer service I have experienced. Left me stranded with no way home, no loaner, no renatl, no help from customer care because they are closed on weekends. I have been a loyal Ford customer for the last 28 years. No more, I am done with them. Will not buy another Ford since they don't care about their customers.

ran into a financial crisis due to the recession, called ford and tried to work things out, it came to the point I decided to do a voluntary return, after the return I was presented with a bill for legal service and vehicle reconditioning, 06 with less the 35000 mile on, return in perfect shape, i even washed and waxed the vehicle and serviced it. They sold it for less than market value, forced me to pay the difference and the legal fees, exact comment was pay this or we will sue you and get our money, I have driven ford product since I was 16 now no more, if this is how the treat a long time customer, forget even thought GM received government assistance at least the have decent customer service. Bye Bye Ford good luck in the future.

2010 Taurus Sho AWD Ecoboost - Had for 6 months - 8000 miles and it's crap! Been in shop five or more times, it dies, it stalls, electronics are wacky at times. Dealer has no idea what's wrong, how to fix it yet they expect me to keep picking it up and driving it. I don't care to get killed on the interstate when it stalls. Even a Ford engineer had nothing but guesses. Need help
NEW cars should be driven for a year before they put them on the market!

Westway Ford. Irving Texas! This has been a disaster. Seriously. We were looking into purchasing a used vehicle. The salesperson approached us and we advised him of exactly what our payments had to be. We budgeted for a particular vehicle and with the trade in of our suburban, 32' boat with slip the cost of the vehicle was within our budget. Two weeks after the contract was signed we received a call saying the boat was picked up. The next week we received another call from the marina stating the slip payment was due! We called WESTWAY FORD in IRVING TEXAS and the salesman that helped us had been terminated. Also, Eddie the GM said he could not do ANYTHING! We want our suburban, boat and never do business with Westway again. Don't trust these guys. They will say anything to get you to sign the contract. When I asked Why the slip didn't show on the contract the Manager said with a 32' boat you know that it is in a slip. What a terrible experience. We work hard to be ethical and honest. Westway needs to give us our stuff back and take the truck they sold to us under fradulent circumstances back. Close and end the deal with integrity, Westway.

I have a 2008 F250 SLT Crew Cab Power Stroke. The stock rims started cracking and splitting. I called Ford and because my milage was 62,000 I was told in essence tough noogies you're out of warrantee.

I bought my first new Ford pick up in 1988 and have bought a new truck about every four years since. My 2008 will probably be my last Ford pick up.

I have a 2006 F250 6.0 that has been hard starting or just wouldn't start for the last six months and been in and out of the dealer service several times with no solution to this problem. think it is time to paint lemon on it and park in front of ford.

I have a 2005 Ford Thunderbird that I drive everyday and just love. Covert Ford has always been attentive and taken good care of the car. Over Christmas I had some trouble with starting the car and it was determined on Jan 19th that I need a new throttle body cover. Unfortunately, Ford doesn't have one. Supposedly, it was going to be here on Feb 15 but that day has come and gone. I talked to Bill in customer care - who read the file and suggested I talk to my dealer OR the customer care person the dealer is working with ... so a 2nd phone number. At the 2nd number - I was again told to talk to my dealer. I asked what I thought was a simple question of both people ... who is making this part? No one can tell me. Being persistent and a bit angry, the 2nd person said it now looks like we can expect delivery at the end of Feb or 1st week in March. He still couldn't tell me where the part is coming from OR why it should take 6 weeks to get here. All this time - my convertible is in the shop and the extended warranty is slowly wasting away. I hate the lack of information!!!!
