I spent 3 hours today being tossed back and forth between departments and not one person could help me. A year has gone by and my piece of crap sons father still has not made the mortgage payment. Better yet, BOA has done nothing about it! Has not even bothered to start the foreclosure process yet he still squats in my house. This is the worst company with idiots answering the phones. Why even bother paying these people! As I try to fix the a-holes mess on my house, I cant even get a person to help me do that. I am willing to put money down to put the house in good standing to fix my credit, but I guess BOA would rather see the home sit for another year unpaid. Way to go BOA, what a great lender you are. Idiot!!!!!!

They are completely useless! I had a closed account that was re-opened by an unauthorized withdrawl (AOL... another nightmare company)... now my closed account is overdrawn over $300! I never received any notice! The only way I found out was when I moved to another city to open an new checking account in a different bank and they won't open it because I have an overdraft and B of A! They absolutely refuse to listen, will not help, when you call and are on hold... you end up being transferred to another department and cut off! I hate them and now have to go without a checking account or debit card!

of any credit card I have ever had. I plan
to tear up my Bank of America credit card
as soon as I make my payment (although I
can't reach anyone for help) and simply use
another card, one which I have previous
experience of them actually providing me
service. I have heard this complaint is
very common among many of my contemporaries.
If I had ever entertained the idea of switching my bank accounts to Bank of America, I'm glad I never did and never will.

Please monitor performances of your employees. 11/10/09 I visited branch in Forest Hills area on Continental avenue. Wanted to open 2 accounts there. Branch had maybe 50 people on line and only 2 tailors working the rest of the "crew" was very busy socializing in the lobby about personal staff. When I approach Mrs. Roberta Duarte, one of your representitives with question, if she can open one more station and help customers. She gave me a replay , wait in the line like everybody else, miss."This person not a credit for your bank, nasty, rude person.Bank of America should replace people like her.

I recently visited your bank located on georgia Avenu in Silver Spring, MD and I received outstanding customer service from Afi Mensoli (Teller). I put in to refinance my home at the end of August it took the company two weeks to send my paperwork, I paid for the appraisal and the credit report then did not hear for another two weeks, he then said he would get right back to me, after two more weeks I called his boss and he said he would take of it. It is now over two months and have not heard from either of them. You can't get through on any phone number. I am very very disappointed in your service.

Glad I am not alone in my thoughts that B of A has terrible customer service. They took over my mortgage, but neglected to send me notification of this in a timely manner...now I am left to deal with supposed non-payments and late fees. (I sent in my mortgage check on time, as I always do, to my original mortgage company). ARRGH!

Oh my goodness! Is this not the most annoying recording you've ever heard? I spent 5 minutes trying to get past the machine! Then when I heard the "wait" is 5-10 minutes I was screaming at the phone "that's because of your assinine system!!!"
No wonder they're bankrupt!!!

Option 4 states specifically states it is the option for finding an employee. for some reason this line gets transferred into customer service, not a directory assistance operator. it is near impossible trying to reach someone specifically at this bank. I hate calling Bank of America. Why can't they add a dial-by-name directory since it is so hard for customer service to patch a call through?
