Had trouble all weekend with snapfish...after making photo books...(you know how long that takes), I would be kicked off in the middle and all data lost...customer service is not what it was a year ago...very frustrating 40 min. wait on call and not satisfied at all with who I spoke with...definately switching...I hope shutterfly is better.

I received my photos and our heads were cut off !! I called their customer service line and waited on hold forever only to have to communicate with someone in India ! Beware when ordering from this company.

So far on hold forever! The site freezes when the payment is going through and I cant get any help, this company needs drastic improvements!

I used snapfish often and was pleased with them, but the last order about 10 of my prints the peoples heads were cut off. I wrote customer service but received no response.
now I can't get on the snapfish site half the time with my password. Kept saying "invalid password" I spent considerable time changing my password. Sometimes it works but most the time it doesn't. Today I went to live chat and explained my password problem..no help.
I finally found a customer support phone number to speak to a live person (good luck with that) I've been on the phone waiting for a halof hour and I'm still holding. I think I will be changing where I get photos developed

December 2009 they provided GREAT, IMMEDIATE, AND HASSLE-FREE SERVICE. They even gave me 2 additional photobooks FREE! I sang their praises to several neighbors.

Last night, via chat, I reached the SAME REP TWICE, who paid no attention to my questions as evidenced by her responses, cut off the discussion under the assumption she resolved my problem, and when chat closed at 1:00am, she simply left. I was supposed to have the opportunity to leave feedback/rate the service, but that screen never appeared... big surprise.....

They went from a 10+ to some number below zero in a matter of months.

Going to call Customer Service now.... wish me luck!

VERY UNPLEASED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
NO RESPOND TO THE PROBLEM...PRINTS WERE VERY
UNSAISFACTORY...COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY WOULD SEND THIS WORK OUT..

Snapfish made it right!!! I talked to customer service, and they did let me know what the problem with the book was. I fixed it and replaced the order. I have been told that the books (all 10 of them!) will be here in time for the party on Thursday!

I'll update again if there are any problems, but all seems perfect for now!!!

I am so disappointed...I worked for 3 days to get a photo book ready in time to be here this week for a party. I ordered 10 books last Wednesday for a party this Thursday. Today, Monday, I received an email that the order was cancelled due to a technical problem. I never received an email telling me that there was a problem with a corrupt picture or something so that I could correct it...they just cancelled it! Now trying to get some customer service is VERY challenging...so far no real help...just an email telling me it has been sent to the technical team for review. Guess I won't have the books here for the party on Thursday! SO, SO, SO bummed...but still holding onto HOPE that somebody will come thru to help me...

couldn't get a free offer to credit correctly. a 2 minute phone call gave me the credit I needed. I like Snapfish, so long as they're having a sale!

Very deceptive advertising/solicitation. "free " prints are not free unless you dig deep and read the fine print and pay the shipping charges. If you have them delivered to a local store you pay full price. For a lousy 3 bucks they lost a potential long time customer. Very foolish business practice.
