Twitter quite possibly has the WORST customer service, not to mention no phone number to reach a live person, when nobody but a robot answers your email.

I have been locked out of my account due to a hacker all week!

I honestly think the previous comments about business and products are hilarious. Execpt for the one about the money because the web site is a FREE service. You don't pay for anything so techically you can't complain. Like don't complain about the president if you didn't vote. Just delete your profile or never go back to the site and leave it alone. People are getting too spoiled and complain about everything using the term "business products". Technically a product is an item or service that you have to pay for and then you can complain if it doesn't work correctly. Other than that just move on and don't worry about something that is free and doesn't hurt you in any way. I really am shocked how people live on these social networking sites... 24/7 or at least 23/6. I know times are hard but come on people. Get a life. Have a nice day.

I am very unhappy and betrayed by your company. On 9/21/09, I sent in $1.99 to start making money on twitter. I am off on disbility @ this time, and I need the extra money. So on 9/24/09 I noticed(3) $1.00 deductions from my account. So I then called customer support asking her why this was. She had no answer, and I also noticed that a fee of $49.99 would be deducted from my acct. each month. So I asked her to please cancel this, and she said no problem. Well I noticed today that you have taken $47.38 out of my acct. What/who gives you the right to do this without my authorization. If this money is not put back into my acct. I will contact the Attorney General (tom corbett), and the consumer protection agency and the BBB. I dont wish to cause any trouble I just want my money back into my acct. I use twitter as well as all of my friends, and I like it very much, but this is unacceptable. You seemed like a trustworthy company so I took a chance trying to make some extra money, and I'm losing it. I look forward to hearing from you.

I've been unable to access my account for 5 days even though my Twitter username and password are correct. The reset function does not generate an email like it should so I have no way to reset my password. E-mails to customer support have not been answered. Twitter has obviously grown too fast and can't handle giving their supporters the support they need.

My account was compromised by a "brute force" attack and was used for spamming. I changed my password and thought everything was normal. Then the next day I wasn't able to access my account and found out that it's been suspended. I've followed all of the instructions to obtain support and have not been contacted as of yet. It's been over a week. BOYCOTT TWITTER!!!!

Twitter has no customer service as you can see by their listing information. They don't want to be contacted about any problems with their product, services or staff. I have emailed them for 2 days now and still no reply or response. Great way to do business.

someone is stealing my pictures and impersonating me. Twitter has done nothing. I have contacted them several times

Twitter offers no customer service over the phone because there customer sucks! They wont even email me back. My account has been hi-jacked for over 2 weeks and they wont do anything about it.
