MSN has outsourced to India, this is why you cannot understand anything they say!!! Customer service is horrible. I am cancelling as soon as I can actually talk to someone. Someone has hacked into my email account and spammed everyone!!!! ARGHHH!!!!!

So tired of this.

On Sunday, August 1, 2010 I tried to retrieve my emails. I could not obtain access to MSN.com (hotmail). After speaking to a representative at MSN.com for 45 minutes, the problem was not solved. I was asked to provide an email address for someone I trusted and MSN would forward a new password. I was informed by the rep that it would take about 24 hours. It is well past that 24 hour time limit. I then contacted another agent today, Monday August 2 and was given different information. I am totally fed up with MSN. No one seems to be able to solve my problem after having MSN for about 15 years.

MSN is un-customer friendly. I have been trying to get a live person to help me re-connect to my MSN account for a week. No such luck. Those recorded messages are useless. Either fix this mess or cancel my account.

We have been satisfied MSN users for YEARS. Therefore, when it was time to sign our daughter up for dial-up internet service, we went to MSN. Well, it has been a disastrous source of frustration from the get go. The last straw was this afternoon. It all started off well when I was dealing with a tech rep named Peter who was helping me....the process involved a long download and he told me that as soon as that was completed, an MSN Installer Icon would appear on my desktop. Well, the download finished but there was no Icon. So, I called back and that was TROUBLE....the rep who took my call spoke very rapidly and with an accent that I just could not understand. I kept telling him that I could not understand him. Instead of referring me to another rep or slowing down somewhat, he just said: "I cannot help you." and he hung up the phone.
That is not my idea of acceptable customer service.

I was hacked and I need to get into all of my accounts... My Zune, live, and hotmail accounts have been tampered with from another website because that was the email address I was using and I cannot seem to get this problem fixed. I have called the 800 number and I am having no luck. Now I just want them to close all of my MSN accounts and I will deal with yahoo instead. I cannot seem to get this problem solved and it's frustrating.

What customer service??? They have gotten so bad, it's truly amazing! I could go on-and-on with what they did to my service and the amount of hours spent on my problem. And, to add insult to injury, they didn't even own up to the fact that their TS person removed a program on my computer. It wasn't always like this; they used to be good. We will be leaving them at the first available opportunity. It's just a matter of sending everyone new contact info.

I too have lost access to my account, I have tried and tried to reset no reply from msn.
They have an issue and will not resolve, or they cannot resolve.
