How hopeless is the consumer support.My nvdia graphic just blewed up and i dont where to get technical support in Delhi,India.Hopeless site,keeps redirecting to same information page.

This is the worst tech support that I've ever seen. On top of that I pressed 4 to get to tech support with the number provide and it said to leave a message..

For all the people that are writing that this number doesnt work or you talk to a person in India...

NVIDIA does not sell any products directly to end users and therefore does not have a staff dedicated to end-user technical support. For technical support contact the manufacturer of your video card.

This site and customer service is a complete joke! How in the heck can they sell a product but then offer no updates for it. I have a Mac and these fools are having me contact Apple for my NVIDIA graphics card update. These phone numbers that just connect you with whoever in India is ridiculous!

Tech support are not very knowledgeable unless you get to the higher up people on the tech support chain.

Their tech support was useless. Tried to call on Sunday and the phone messagin system didn't even work. nVidia doesn't know how to do anything right.

Well, I can't get tech support. I tried every combination. No luck.

I think my video card went bad and I have only had it six weeks.

In my 20 years of using computers, I have never had a video card go bad. (Nor do I play high tech games)

Am so frustrated over the lack of Tech support. (Nvida mother board has support)
