You can't get to Customer Service. Very frustrating!

My GoPhone broke and now i can't get anyone to talk to about repairing it, I've tried talking to a home phone agent but they keep sending me back to that automated voice that doesn't say anything about repair for GoPhones. I'm sick and tired of calling so I might have to go down to a store and have them fix it.

I just got robbed!! For some reason they said I used 1948 untis(kb/mb?) of data on a call last 4+hrs. The phone was not used during the time they say the "call" was started, i still had 35mb left before my renewal which was next week. No my data is going and my account money!!!!

I bought a go phone and on the package it was written that I'd get $10 airtime included. I activated the phone and the airtime was not added (despite claims that free airtime would be added automatically).

I called customer service and got no help. I was asked repeatedly if I was sure what the package said. I'm not an idiot, I can read. I was told to go back to the store for confirmation,???(so I could have someone else read the package and make sure that I wasn't an idiot or a liar).

I asked if I could give the sku number or bar code or anything else that would help them look up what the package looks like and what it says. "No, go back to the store right now and blah blah blah..."

I think I'm going to go with a different company. I hate that some parts of this world are run by fools I wouldn't trust to pick up my dog's crap. But I guess that's life! ^__^

For those of you who are losing minutes on your GoPhones even when you are not using them, I can tell you that it's because you have email or IM or another service set up that is accessing your phone while you are away. It happened to me as well, but if you disable all of the email and IM services, your phone will stop losing minutes. The problem that I am having with GoPhone is that it only works in major metropolitan areas, and I travel a great deal to rural areas. Last month I was on a trip, and for over 400 miles my phone did not allow me to make a call in all that time, even though my wife who has Tracfone could make calls the entire time. I had 2-4 bars reception the entire time, but when I tried to make a call, my screen said "Emergency Calls Only." Very disappointing.

I have the GoPhone "Pay-as-you-go" plan which is the best cell phone deal I have ever been on. You get free minutes and text 24/7 for a $60 flat fee each month and they offer auto-draft. My signal is PERFECT. I have never had a dropped call and no static and mind you, I have a refurbished $15 bottom of the line Nokia 2320. I love this cheap little phone. The Customer Service Reps go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. However be forewarned: I bought two different starter kits at Walmart. I first bought the one with a 2320 Nokia. The phone was in bad shape and I strongly believe that it was a used phone. The battery was bad and it glitched up a lot plus the exterior was scratched up. I returned it and got a Samsung flip phone starter kit instead and had the same problem. The phone REALLY sucked!!!!! I ended up buying a reburbished Nokia 2320 and it looks and acts new and works great.
I will stay with this plan. NO contract either!! You can cancel any time you want to without getting charged.

I have been using my Go-Phone for a year now and the only problem I've had has been with house chargers. I am on charger #4 and so far so good. I keep up with my expiration dates but I mainly use my phone for texting. I've never had a rude Customer Service Rep and my number is a James Bond specialty...WTG Go-Phone!

I am thorough disgusted with my GoPhone plan,it does NOT save money, it is expensive. I did not want to use it anymore and when I dialed 611 got an operator that told me I could NOT get my $33+ refunded that I would HAVE to add money and use the new amount and the old amount of money up within the time limit. I asked for her supervisor and I have never had such a rude, unprofessional person to deal with. I did not get one word out of my mouth and she started speaking over me. I finally got her to stop talking and asked for a refund, she said "Good luck with that". I asked her for an address to write to and she gave me the address so fast I couldn't get it all. I am going to complain to the FCC, Channel 7, and CLark Howard. I am really sick of these anti-consumer companies that are devious, rude, and God know where!!! I am also writing to AT&T and reconsidering my AT&T land line. I've sick of it!!! Thank you letting me get this off my chest!!!

Added $25 refill to go phone account using online access. Phone would not work, displays "Smartchip Registration Failed". Contacted ATT by 611 on other ATT cell phone. Account was closed although it took the $25. Was told since I had not used phone recently, phone number given to someone else and I had to buy a new SIMM card for my phone at a cost of $25. Jill of ATT processed me a new SIMM card for the $25, and now I'm required to go to nearest ATT store for new SIMM card installation and must add another $25 for service. It was a unadvertised process and a $25 lesson learned from a really nice person.

Folks, I have had all of the other carriers, and finaly after dealing with a customer service department that could not help me after several balls dropped on their end, I switched to the GOPHONE quite by mistake as I was in need of a temporary phone as I worked out human errors on Ve9z8n's side. Well, after telling their customer service for 3 months in a row that I had gone to the store and when I paid $350 to upgrade my phone to the droid and switch to the advertised "unlimited plan" and telling them each subsequent month for two following months, then getting a bill for almost $800 (being a telecom engineer) I bought this Sprint phone "for emergencies". Well after having the pleasure of dealing with Sprint's customer service, which bythe way, was available within seconds of my call, I was pleasantly surporsed that I could do unlimited minutes for $50 a month instead of closer to $130. Go Sprint!!
