I have found this to be the worst scam. Don't pay for expert service. They tell you you are speaking with a tax expert; however, the reality is you are speaking to someone who is not a CPA. They misrepresent themselves and hang up when you ask for their credentials or proof of it. They also put their friends on the phone to pretend they are their supervisors. Don't pay extra money for expert service you will not receive!
I was on the phone for hours without a simple connection to a CPA. No supervisor /manager call-back after multiple requests.
They will not issue your refund for the year-long expert service. Thieves! Don't make the mistake of putting your financial information into this system or paying for a service you will never receive when needed!

An FTC investigation is needed. Class action lawsuit anyone?

I need to figure out how to get a copy of my 2012 13 and 14 tax return through TurboTax I need to do an amendment but I also need copies of these years can someone help me please

I have completed all my turbo taxes for all years i was supose to file me Jason head of house hold and plus 2 independents and o also have a w2 form and it seems like i cannot finish the online application correctly please help me please
