I purchased an eGift card online. Beware future purchasers of eGift cards from Walmart. DON'T DO IT! It does not always get to the recipient, due to SPAM guard, and you are left X amount of dollars short.

AND - don't try to get ahold of Walmart customer service "online". They don't give you a number you can call, all the more frustrating! The process for an exchange from a eGift card to get a regular gift card is frustrating! Thank goodness for this website.

I called about your $1,000 sweepstakes offer on my Walmart receipt. I spent about a half hour filling it out - mainly about product info - not my shopping experience. At the end, I was asked to apply for Gold, Silver, or Platium bonus offers. Never asked to put my ID# in. Your customer service rep told me it was span on your site. I am extremely upset about her explaination and the difference between what was on my receipt and your site. I am a frequent Walmart shopper - however this seems very dishonest.

I was utterly disgusted with Walmart this evening. I wanted to return an air mattress and was told I couldn't because it was opened. This is the second one that was defective. It wouldnt hold air. All I wanted was a credit on my Visa credit card. I took one back and didn't have my receipt but we exchanged it. I had my receipt for the first one when I went in to get my credit. Because it had been 15 days, I could not get credit. I was told I had to take it with me. I told them I had no use for it. I am out $43.88 and Walmart is out more because I was planning on buying a more expensive one. I went to Kmart and bought one. This store is in Jasper, Indiana

Walmart is supposed to be the biggest superstore in the world and doesn't have 24 hour customer service? You have truly lost a customer in me. By putting in the wrong shipping address I couldn't just change the address I had to cancel the order then instead of being able to re-order with the correct addtress I now have to wait three business days to get my money back. I guess thats the good part, now I can go and find it somewhere else. I would rather pay more money to get better service, thank you.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a very regular customer of your store #0297 in Porter, TX ;however, I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. My daughter and I stopped on the way home from our VBS , to pick up 8 items--we went through the self check out because the other lines were not very short. We were both tired and I thought that my daughter had the bags, and she thought that I had the bags--long story short, we realized that neither one of us had picked up the two bags containing the 8 items that I purchased (1 bag of peppermints, 2 4packs of mead memo pads, 1 hand can opener, 2 small 5oz glass measuring cups, and 2 packs of bandages)when we arrived home--I immediately came in and called the store and spoke with whomever answered the main line and explained what had happened, she said just to bring my receipt up to the customer service desk. My daughter and I drove back up to the store--waited in an extremely long line at the customer service desk--when I finally was waited on--I explained what had happened, the lady and the young man at the desk were rude, and did not even look to see if the two bags had been handed in to the desk by anyone, the lady did walk away and said that she went to speak with a manager--she told me since I used a self checkout that she could not help me because the store is not responsible for anything left at the self checkouts. I am upset because I know that we did not leave the store with the items, yes it was our fault that neither of us grabbed the two bags;however, it was an honest mistake and the items were paid for and I did have my receipt showing that the items were paid for on my debit card --the customer service people did not even check to see it the bags had been turned in;furthermore, they looked at me like I was stupid in a very disrespectful way. The items I purchased were first aid items and items for our Vacation Bible School --that I had to have, so I had to go and re-purchase everything that I had already purchased. I am an office manager for a retail establishment, and I am appalled with the lack of proper customer service at store 0297 in Porter.

walmart store 1763 I was in the store on Saturday 5/16/09 to develope film from my vaction and the photo was closed at 6pm and kodakk machines where closed down. I then return on Sunday 5/17/09 and there was a line for only 2 machines and the employee said they were closing at 5pm due to no one schedule to work until closing on the two days.
there were customers printing off prom pictures. and that only left one machine to use. why can they have more than 2 kodak there are 4 1 hour machines. and machines behind the counter was not open.
also store 1763 needs new wheel chairs, chairs have feet off or are broke and it is hard to find one that is working.
any help in the above matters would be helpful

I called to tell them not to build on the civil war battlefield in Northern Virgina called "The Wilderness".

I TRIED TO BUY A DEER RIFLE FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS THEY WERE OUT.... DEC 26TH WENT BACK FILLED OUT PAPER WORK AS CLERK ASK THEN HE ASK FOR MY DRIVERS LICENCE BAM COULDNT SELL ME THE GUN HAD P.O. BOX ON DL NOT PHYSICAL ADDRESS THE OTHER CLERK TOLD HIM HE SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR DL FIRST NOW REJECTED PAPER WORK AT WALMART ON FILE FOR 20 YEARS. IF THE CLERK WOULD OF DONE STEP BY STEP THE WAY HE WAS SUPOSE TO MY SON WOULD OF HAD CHRISTMAS, AND I WOULDNT BE BANNED FOR 20 YEARS FROM BUYING A GUN AT WALMART.

I order a Christmas gift for my lil sister BACK in NOV. 29, 2008. WAS inform it will arrive between Thursday, 12/04/08, and Tuesday, 12/09/08.
So far NO PACKAGE!!!!
I EMAIL customer services over and over for information, but get the same info! ""Once you click Submit and your payment is authorized, it
normally takes 24-48 hours for the warehouses to pick, pack and prepare

WHAT A LIE!!!! VERY Disappointed!!!
