My local Sunoco was changed to 711 I grew up with 711 was excited about as Sunoco did not stock and had poor management. Same disappointment same lies that we didn't receive product!!! Stock ur shelves order correctly!

Hello. I received an email from Jared Garrett, Vince if the Customer Experience Leader 7-Eleven,Inc. regarding my not being to redeem "free"Â? offerings from my rewards card via my email. I have over 13,000 points and would like to use them . I did follow the directions Jared provided in his email but after waiting and checking my email for one hour I did not receive any email to reset my password.

For some reason my card isn�t able to be linked to my account and I have tried several times the number is and the account is. It keeps saying the card isn�t readable and I�ve tried several times.

Horrible customer service,rude and not helpful. Blames all this problem on customers. Cashier needs to be Dealt with. Store# 35419 4239 Lemmon Ave. DALLAS,TX.
