My experience this time is totally unacceptable. I brought my computer in as i do every year. This time got windows 7 installed and also paid 49.00 dollars for them to back up all my info. Lo and behold when i got home nothing that i payed to get backed was installed. So i call them and explain my problem and they tried to fix it over the phone. Well as you guess this did not prove fruitful. So then i take it back in and they fixed it on the spot not. But told me it was not.So i guess i spent almost 300.00 for them to screw up my computer. And yes called the manager and explained my displeasure and do you. think he called me back wrong So here i sit with my computer so screwed up i can not even log on to the internet.
