Luis Estiven Marta montoya Or Steve customer service representative provided horrible customer service. Not only he doesn't respond to ur request but he will open your file but do not respond. Also he did advice he was busy with other customers and I guess there's a scale to who to assist.

Not only that he made an send 10 000 pictures and still not satisfied. I find this is ridiculous when my warranty is still effective.
All my pictures are clear and I have resend several. Every time I send a picture he will say send new one when it's photo is very clear.

This is such a disappointment and I will never buy products from dewatt again

I have been Dewalt customer since exclusively since beginning of battery tools. The only tool failure I have had for the entire 20v line as been wires breaking at the battery connection shoe. This has been a real problem for the reciprocating saw and the multi-tool. Both experience high degree of vibrations. My complaint is that that shoe is part of the overall motor assembly and must be replaced as a unit. The cost is the same as a new complete tool. Either fix the wiring breaking issue or allow replacement of the shoe only.

They are horrible and should be put out of business . They use to be the best but not anymore . Don't but their products they suck . There batteries are expensive and DO NOT LAST . NOW THEY DONT MAKE BATTERIES . So Im stuck with leaf blower and string trimmer with no batteries .

I tried to get a compressor fixed, they had me drive it 40 miles to send it to a repair center wait 30 days to get it back and it was in worse shape than when I sent it off.

I would never buy Dewalt of Black and decker again.
