I have requested a phone call from someone of authority from Direct Buy several times ..... the closing of so many of your locations without notice and no promise of another one being open nearby is appalling and unprofessional.

We paid thousands of dollars based on your promotion of close shopping and personal service.... you no longer provide this. Please send to us half of the registration fee we paid you. If not, perhaps it's time for ALL your customers to combine efforts against your company.



I expect a call within 48 hours .....
