I can't remember who the manager was but hopefully you can look her up. I was upset and asked to speak to a mngr. Once the mngr got on the phone I started to feel better. . She was so kind and took the time to help me figure things out. It had to be so frustrating to her but she never wavered. Kept that kind attitude and resolved my issue. I had decided I was going to cancel my credit card but because of her I didn't. She is important to Kohls I wanted you to know that.
