This is a complaint to RYDER TRUCK & RENTAL! I lent my doily to my friends to help them in their removal in which RYDER had sent 3 of their men to help them pack up their belongings into the RYDER truck. And in them (your men) using my doily that I lent my friends broke it without giving them an apology & just giving them the doily back & telling them that it's broken & it needs to go into the garbage. I thought when I asked for my doily & was told all this, is quite rude of which ever of your RYDER EMPLOYEE that broke my doily & should buy me back one.

I had this truck for 2months and it keep breaking down on my guys I keep trying to call ryder but everybody keep giving me the run around my guys broke down again now the truck needs $20,000 to $25000 worth of work and my guys are stuck in Oklahoma I can't get anybody from ryder management to call me back this is sad and it hurts can anybody help me please.

Hi this is a sad excuse for a company. I'm a 27 year old female who had a Ryder employee hit the front end of my 2015 Malibu. Ryder first gave me incorrect insurance information. Next they have horrible communication and I had to start to recording calls because they gave me false claim info then didn't get any info for a week. Then I was told I won't get a rental. Now they claim full responsibility and now won't pay because it will cost to much. Next went I had to physically go into their office an employee who I told my story to said "good luck we are shady"
