Truist has crippled online banking for literally thousands of people with their new app. I can't even get the upload. Customer service for THEIR mistake is a joke and a long waiting period. I have banked with Suntrust since it was Barnett beginning in 1983. Corporate loans, personal loans, car loans and a PAID OFF mortgage in 1992. Since Truist took over, I can't even make a deposit at the ATM, now mobile. I'm DONE.

I have been Trying to resolve an issue for awhile now..over a credit card bill ..i paid the full amount..and talked to Sherry Fuller and now can't get in touch with anyone..She was supposed to be in touch with me but all I get is rudeness and smart mouths from Katherine Williams in the morristown tn 37813 area..we have been harassed by 3 and 4 calls a day from foreigners.. and that is who took payments but didnt..pay on accounts.. I need to speak to Sherry Fuller.

I want to report my experience at the Sun trust bank on Hugh Howell Rd, in Tucker, Ga. I was denied an opportunity to cash my check by the branch manager due to not having a credit card. I do not bank with Sun trust however my employer does. I work for the Department of Family and children services. I had two forms of identification with me however I didn't have my debit card because I recently lost it. I just wanted to report this incident and to see if the manager followed proper protocol.

Reasons why suntrust is the worst bank
Poorest customer service 20 minute wait
high account fees for account less than 10000 dollars
as many nsf fees as you can charge legal or not
very few local atms and high fees for using non suntrust atms
your greed knows no bounds

Suntrust charged me 36 dollars for being 6 cents overdrawn. Second time this has happened. What happened to the 5 dollar rule. You are robbing your own customers. Been with you for 17 years i am looking for a new bank. 20 minute wait for a customer service rep then they were foreign and could not ve understood. Superviser goaded me ridiculed me and told me too bad! shame on you
