I made appointment 4:15pm today and I got there 4:10pm at 920 Wolcott street Waterbury CT.
As soon as I entered door -hairstylist person ask me that do I have appointment, so I said yes.
And she told me that there are little behide - I was wait then 4 more customers came and they have appointment also. We all set and wait for our turn then hairstylist call someone has 4:45pm appointment person before me.
I almost wait an hour, I told them cancel my appointment - person ask me do you want reschedule it? Why even ask me that...
I need to know why bother make appointment this place.

I don't understand how I'm supposed to get an haircut when I expect to use my gift card and none of te franchises in San Francisco are set up to accept the gift cards. I visited a Supercuts on West Portal in San Francisco and had to spend outa pocket because my gift card was not accepted?

All i wanted to do was ask customer service a question. But all that kept being repeated was instruction, if someone wanted to leave a comment. But thats all I needed repeated to me for me to know there is No Customer Service. Shame on the companies who like yours, pretend to have it. I won't be doing business with companies that don't have Customer Service.

Last evening I had a miserable experience at one of the salons in Roanoke. Virginia. Stylist look like she was miserable. I said I wanted a trim. She never asked if I wanted wash etc. Just put me in the chair. Didn't wet my hair. Just dry cut my length. Didn't touch any other part of my hair. I was in the chair about 5 minutes. I will never be back. If the employees look like they're miserable, perhaps they should get a different profession.
