I was very pleased with the representative I spoke with to receive the answers to my academic questions. This Department of Education, representative/agent was very kind, understanding & knowledgable concerning my academic inquiry. Also, my past experiences with contacting the Department of Education for direction or information pertaining to continuing my college education has always been professional and informative. Thank you!

I received a bad taste in my mouth after speaking to an rep! She was very impolite and belittling! She made me felt like I was in an hostile situation where she was talking to me in a loud tone!!!

Called three times. Never reached a person, once you said customer service the phone hung up or you heard static like the phone was recording a hurricane but the person was not there. Question never got asked. Question is: The college is thinking about liquidating the Perkins loans program. So if the Perkins loan is transferred to Dept of Ed and is in deferment because of a nursing cancellation,will the student be allowed to continue to maintain the benefit (their entitlement) of a nursing cancellation and deferment through the Dept of ED?

The woman who answered the phone was SO RUDE and NO HELP AT ALL. I was belittled and felt completely humiliated.
