Ashley at Woodbridge NJ store should be recognized for her customer service. I had asked her where I can find a product and she directed me to it. She then helped me at the lotto counter and remembered I was the one who asked for the product and asked if I found it. I had forgotten to pick it up and she offered to go bring it. She really makes the effort to know who her customers are.

I had a wonderful experience in the floral department at the Lancaster, buffalo store . I spoke to Maggie the manager , I wanted to order some arrangements to be pickup. Since Maggie was scheduled off the next day she told me Victoria would be in and she would handle my order if I called in. Victoria was helpful, resourceful and excellent in every way. With Covid people are shut in and need and extra delivery of cheer. Victoria and Maggie made that happen. Thank you

I would like to know why 1 package of 4 crab cakes cost $25.00 while 1 package of 2 cost $12.00. Why would I buy four for $25 when I can but four for $24:00 which is a savings of $1.00?
Also I purchased the mini Tres Leches cake at the Woodbridge, VA store. The item didn't have the usual flavor. The sauce that is used to soak the cake was completely missing. It tasted like an ordinary sponge cake. This is not the first time I have purchased this cake. Previously, the right amount of sauce was added making the cake sweet and creamy.
I understand that we are still under Covid 19 restrictions , but why can't you package bran muffins in a single package or at least in packages of two. I hate the idea of freezing bake goods.
I have really enjoyed using the new scan app.

Worst turkey. Wasn't cleaned, small rib bones inside projected out, had brown spots dryed out. Never had that happen Store brand, never frozen,thighs just as bad. Felt I had to do surgery on the bird.

Hello my name is Jay Stoddard I shop there 2 times a week have 4 kids I love this store .This my last time ever going there .I was in line for 10min 1 cashier and big line it was 7:50 pm it was 8:01 when we went to cash out and the man was very rude and would not cash my Tito's vodka out. And would not get manger. Had 200 hundred dollars of groceries. And left it there. That's not good customer service. Very upset
