I first jointed WW in NYC in my early 20's. I am now 77. I continued on for years with a regular meeting with life-long WW friends. Then I moved and was out of WW for several years. I tried to return. I cancelled my membership because there were no meetings anywhere near me! The in-person meetings and that support are what makes the difference. I have virtual meetings at work, with my patients, and like so many, I hated the isolation during COVID. And now I found that my only options for meetings were virtual. And now the emphasis on virtual and medications.... I'm so disappointed and will never rejoin.

WW=Model for WORST customer service ever! I signed up in Feb. 2021 during an Invie-A-Friend promotion that gave my DIL a free month if I signed up. She sent me the link, I signed up but she never received her free month. I called WW and was told that I used the wrong link yet I followed the link that WW provided to my DIL. No matter how many times I repeated the link, the customer service rep kept saying, "I'm sorry but that's not what we're showing." When I asked for a customer service supervisor I was told that "Devante" was too busy to speak to me. Wow. I asked for another supervisor and was told that there was no other supervisor. I found it hard to believe that in all of WW there is only ONE supervisor! So I gave my phone number and was promised a call-back. I later found out that there are so many service centers that each one is in a different location and that, as I found out when I never received that call-back, all their representatives are uncaring and rude. So I wonder, are they rude because this is the first time they have to use their people skills or are they all just angry individuals? In either case I think WW should rethink their hiring practices and their training models.

I am a lifetime member, returned 1 1/2 years ago. The new program really works for me. The workshop I attend on Thursday mornings in Kent, WA is the BEST!!! We are fortunate to have an excellent, caring coach.
The Area/Territory Manager, however, does not display the positive characteristics that are so important to member's success. Seldom, if ever, does she have answers to questions asked by members. Very disappointing!!!!

Hello,

Please, please incorporate former WW Plans along with the current one. I was only successful on the former Points Plus plan, and I have seen loads of blogs from former (and current) members who would also love to see old plans return (as an option to the current), so that we can use what worked best for us in the past. I personally have joined and cancelled a few times since I was unsuccessful on the Smarts Points/Freestyle plan(s). Loads of new and former members would re-join WW if old plans were brought back to life. I know we can always try the plans on our own, but it's not the same. I and many others, would join WW (again or for the first time) in a HeartBeat!! :) Thanks so much, Cynthia
