After two years of enduring 1.5 (yes, that's right) of signal and at times not even that high. Come to find out that we could have normal service if Windstream would run 350' of cable and connect us to a different line. Hard to find any numbers or corporate address to write a complaint. This the Branford, Florida hub and the supervisor is Ricky Page. Very disappointed that I need to go this route. Based on the fact that we pay the same amount for good service our monthly bill should be $2.00!!!
I have two rentals that supplement my retirement income and one has decided to leave because he works from home and cannot get adequate connect to complete his job. Shamefull!
