I have the same complaint others have voiced about receiving "canned" responses. For over a week I cannot access the My Space domain itself,nor my own account. I keep getting: Web Page Cannot Be Found. Since I cannot even delete my own account, I have repeatedly asked them to do it for me to no avail--instead getting the canned response to "salute"...when I've explained that none of the links work.

My Space Customer Support is non-existent!

MySpace is really cool. I had an imposter profile where someone was using my picture to make a profile. I emailed them, they had me take a picture of myself and send it in. Then they deleted the bad account. It only took a few hours.
You should check out the Karaoke. It's new and fun...its free 10x's

the same thing has happened to me! its been a week. i even emailed myspace about 5 times. nothing works. i made a new profile. that seems to be the only thing to do!

Today I decided to upgrade to profile 2.0. I then went to view my page, and it said, "Sorry! And unexpected error has ocurred. This error has been forwarded to Myspace's technical group." I thought it would go away in a few days, but it hasn't. I tried that whole karaoke thing, it didn't work for me. It won't even let me customize my profile.

Please help me, I am at my wit's end. If you have any info that may help me, I'd be so greatful. Thanks.

I have a myspace music site which I want to update. The trouble is that I have changed my email address and no longer have access to the old one.
I have had two problems.
The first is that I tried logging in using my old email address, made a mistake with the password and now that I am using the correct password I keep getting a message that there have been too many attempts to log in and I seem to be blocked from logging in every time I try (I have done this over a period of several days).
The second is that I have tried sending myspace a salute but they keep replying either that I should send them a salute or that my salute doesn't have an attachment. It seems obvious that "help" is done in an automated way and not by a real person who is actually reading and responding to my new email.
I do not wish to start a new music site as many people have the old URL and it is on my band business cards.
Is there anything I can do?

my profile seems to have been "shut down"???
i had just switched to profile 2.0, but didnt like it. i decided to switch back BUT my space would not let me or anyone else veiw my profile. it simply says "Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred.
This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group." this has been going on for almost 4 days. i emailed myspacxe with my problem, and they answered fairly quickly, saying they would look into it. and to check out the faq for now. nothing has changed. im pissed.

Pushing 4 goes to a SAFETY line, NOT a customer service line. It's pretty apparent they don't want to talk to people about the Imeem fiasco. By the way, if you push 0 (zero), interesting, seems that they are owned by Fox Corp / News Corp - FIGURES, AHOLES!

I AM SO SICK OF MYSPACE I CAN'T CHANGE MY PROFILE, ANSWER FRIEND REQUEST, ANSWER MAIL, OR GET ANY HELP FROM MYSPACE. I HAVE SENT SO MANY MSGS TO THEM WITH NOR RESPONSE AND THERE IS NOT A PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN GET ANYONE TO HELP YOU! ARE THEY REQUESTING THAT PEOPLE DELETE THERE MYSPACE ACCOUNTS ARE THEY SAYING THEY NO LONGER WANT PEOPLE TO USE MYSPACE? I KNOW THIS MYSPACE IS BEGINNING TO SUCK AND I MAN SUCK.HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH NO AND I MEAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER..IF SOMEONE FINDS MYSPACE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE SHARE IT BECAUSE THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED IS USELESS.
