Cheap Tickets did a wonderful job! My husband and I got a surprise ticket to Vegas from our boss but it didnt quite fit our schedule. Cheap tickets worked really hard to change everything to fit our needs with almost no cost to us! Thanks Eve!

I've booked 4 trips through them and have never had any problems. The packages have always been great deals. Knock on wood.

Horrible company. Sold me an international flight with and invalid connection and then tried to charge me to change it. Long wait times and incredibly rude customer service staff.

Cheap Ticket is the worst internet travel company ever, don't buy tickets from them, you will lose your money and your itinerary, my daughter is having to buy a new 350.00 euros ticket from Spain to Germany because Cheap ticket change her itinerary and then she was told at the airport in Spain that she didn't have a reservation and that she had to pay for a new ticket, I called Cheap ticket customer service and was told that there was a 350.00 charge to re-isue the ticket, when it was them in the first place that change the itinerary. Now I have to fight them to get our money back, after I have spent hours discussing the matter with them. What a night mare for not dealing with a reputable company. I also blame Kayak.com because they were the ones that transferred us from their website to Cheap Ticket for the purchase of what we thought was a Kayak resrvation.

I will never use cheap tickets again. First, I had to go through the nightmare of paying a fee to make changes to my itinerary. Since I was booked with connecting flights on several airlines, I had to pay a separate fee for each connecting flight! Then, Cheap Tickets sent me an email saying THEY changed my flight. This means that I was on a completely different flight from my husband and I was set to leave 10 hours earlier than him. When I called to change it back, they tried to charge me a $150 fee! It took a lot of arguing telling them that they can't possibly be a reliable company if they can make changes to tickets and expect their customers to just completely readjust their plans. I was traveling for a conference, and I can't just leave 10 hours earlier. Finally, they agreed to change the flight without charging me. Still, I encourage you not to put yourself through their crap. By the way, I had to come here to even find a number to call them with.

I made a reservation last week for my son and it turns out that he is unable to come to Tucson from ATL so i called Cheap Tickets and the ticket is non-refundable...so it's like i'm giving away free money. I will never RECOMMEND or USE there service EVER again i wish i would have read up on this agency before i purchase the ticket...they are crooks and they know it bottom line! I am contacting a lawyer for this...This makes no sense.

I will never use cheap tickets again. My trip was the worst experience ever. My room was never reserved and my car was never reserved. After previously paying for my package I had to repay once I got there. Its been a month and I still have not been rembursed my money!

Cheap Tickets has horrible customer service, they charged me twice $300 each, to change my ticket once. They charged me $800 to fly my to chocolate lab dogs home to utah from alaska after they told me it would be $200. They would not allow my wife to recieve a credit or refund for a $1300 ticket, and offered me $50 for my trouble. $%#@ CHEAP TICKETS!!!!

I tried to change 2 tickets at 165 a person cheap tickets would have charged over 200.00 a person to cancel or change Paying more than the tickets were purchased for what a rip-off will never use again
