This Barton C Armstrong at 9823 ESthlyn St in Keithville, La. landline is no longer working. I need the phone working due to my health. All I have working is my internet.

Tried for two weeks to get someone on the phone to have BellSouth phone line removed from my house - no one wanted to help, so now it's dangling out there by the road. You're welcome BellSouth - oh BTW, I love your sham little live chat thing you're doing - NOT doing actually, but it does give the site a feel of legitimacy.

Dear Bellsouth. Your customer sucks. I scheduled a technician for residential service for April 11. He/She was supposed to call to verify a time but instead showed up at my house at a random time and left a note on my door. I cant wait to drop your service and save the 200$ per month I have to pay you crooks for service that doesn't work.

My land phone has a bad buzz this is the 2 time this month!!! Why do I need to pay my bill for a service that is awful.

Back in 1999, I had service with Bellsouth. I changed service to Vonage. I and the company Vonage notified Bellsouth of the change. Two years later I start receiving phone calls from a debt collection agency stating I owed Bellsouth 84.00. I asked what the service period was and the service period was the month following my disconnect. I told them that I had disconnected service with Bellsouth and did not owe this money as I did not have service with them at that time. I sent them copies of the letters and the name of the customer service agent I spoke to when I cancelled service at Bellsouth. Never heard from them again, until,2015, I have started receiving calls again. How do I stop this, I do not owe Bellsouth any monies, my bill was paid in full, how can I be so adamant, they sent me back my deposit. If any one can give me direction as to how to stop this I would appreciate it, no one seems to be listening.

Worst ever... worst than Comcast.I've been on the phone an hour and still have not spoken with anyone. All I want to do is report a tree down over a Bellsouth line in my yard.

Iam getting a rash of phone call from which show as bell south land line...this been going on for about a week now and I told someone that they have the wrong number but its does not stop..I have block the numbers but it still goes to my voice mail ..what can be done to stop this ?

At the cricket stores the representative and workers don't care if they lose a cricket customer. I've been with Cricket 4 years over 10 years I'm about to leave Cricket because I'm not Reach a no one that can help me with this phone problem that I'm having or I can't talk to someone and get the answer that I'm looking for so I'm trying to go to the head head perfect of Cricket to see if they want to keep me as a customer my phone numbers plus MetroPCS have it where you can get to iPhone 4 free to sign up with them I would rather stay with Cricket so I would like to talk to someone that owns Cricket cuz I'm having a problem with Cricket and their phone also with Cricket workers they don't care if they lose a customer or not this is something that AT&T need to talk to their workers about that are selling crickets phone all day doing is working for a paycheck they can care less if they lose a customer or not

I work out of my home and I have not had internet service 8 day out of 19 days this month (JAN). I can not talk to a real live person when I call. I am currently looking for a new internet service. They did call me back to see how the person who took my call acted. They did not once ask if they fixed my problem. SO DO I DEDUCT THE PRICE OFF MY MONTHLY BILL

I have your model CI-85 caller Id display.

If you could add memory so people could enter a list of phone numbers(last 4 digits) and with an incoming call, scan the list and ring a bell, or buzzer, on a match,
I'd buy a bunch. On a bogus call, I could pick up and hang up real quick.

Worst phone company ever a friend of mine that has a pace maker who leaves alone has been promised that his phone would be working 3 weeks ago an its still off mind you his bill is paid in full an has never been behind on payments shame on this company

This company will not help you if you are not carried by them. Even if the number is in their database and is making crank calls over and over. Useless! No Help at all.

Bellsouth customer for years, at this point that may change very soon. Internet service drops out daily and frequently, very annoying. The trouble shooting tool on your support site seems to die while trying to locate trouble in my area. this has been going on for a few weeks now, but not for much longer for me!

I am very very disappointed with Comcast customer service. I have been trying to add an additional line to my existinging service for over a week now. The runaround and lack of follow through is totally unacpetable
First, the contract I received repeatdly which shows two lines is incorrect. You informed me that the third line has to be added before you can revise the contract to reflect the third line. The tech I spoke with today, September 17, 2015, informed me that the contract has to be completed before the line can be added. He also stated that the account is non-active _ what that means I don't know_ Now what's the correct information.
Second, on September 15th I spoke with the tecninian who was attempting to add the line, after staying on the phone with him for approximatly 30 minuets, he onformed that he was experiencing technical difficulities and would have to call me back _ he did not.
Third, Today I called back and I was bounced arround to three different technicians each time having to explain in great deatil what I needed after holding on for about thirty five minutes the third technician transferred me to customer service without coming back to the phone. The customer service rep transferred me backto the technical support department so in total frustration I hung up. This type of treatment is rediculous.
I do have options and I will not subject mysel to this total disregard.

I have also been harassed by several phone numbers for over 2 years now, and after finally researching all of the numbers, they all tie back to this company. The person they are trying to call has never even owned this number. I have been the only person who has owned this number. Several times I have asked to be removed from the list, and even asked to talk to a supervisor about this issue, but nothing has been done.

I have been harassed by the following phone number belonging to Bell South out of Raleigh North Carolina.. I am reporting calls coming in to my home phone number very early hours of the morning twice daily of unknown people calling and hanging up or thick Indian accents regarding the Microsoft support. This has been going on for some time and I wanted you to be aware of this situation. It is a reoccurring incident that happened to me as a 'live scam' last year 7/24/14 when I stayed on the phone. The original scammers most likely are recalling some of the older numbers, and I am one of them. Thank you for your consideration.

The person (real person) was a heck of a lot friendlier than this cyber thingy and the machine that first answered my call for "Customer Support." Keep those real people waiting for dummies like me to fix our problems.
