I was at your location in West Columbia, S. C. On November 1, 2016.
Shopping for the Fabreeze items on page 8. The store cashiers would only let me purchase 4 items from this ad. Your ad states spend $20.00 and earn $5.00 in plenti money. MS. Brenda Bryant and George, said I could not buy any more because other customers has to buy also. I did not want or need any other items that's listed. So I am force to buy what I don't need. MS. Brenda said that I was yelling. My voice may have been escalated some because she didn't want to hear what I was explaining and she walked away. Then she called a Officer on me. As I was walking our of the store the Officer approach me with her complaint. She told Him she doesn't what me back in the store. Well she has that right. I am a paying customer of Rite Aide store from New York to South Carolina. I need to take legal action on her or Rite Aide over something as stupid of this. She has no customer service manner. The Officer said this was something she should have not done.
I wasted my time and gas to come to this location. Never had a problem with any other Rite Aide in my years of shopping from this company. MS. Brenda Bryant needs to be repremanded for her action toward customer service. This needs to be justified. Calling the Law on me for something that the customer trying to explain or to get some clarification on. Ann Johnson,

why say you will have scripts ready in only 15 minutes? This has yet to happen and I get refills every month. Today my doctor sent in my script around 1:30 and at 4:30 I was told it would be another 25 minutes. will you ever keep you word?

Horrible computer system with 800 number. Impossible to reach live human. I tried all possible options. Had rcvd 2 calls & 3 txts saying Rx ready to pick up. I had none. Finally called local, which confirmed nothing to pick up. Improve your IVR system!

I have a very sad experience with the Rite aid pharmacy dept .this evening. I had been a loyal customer for the last 15 years. Sadly, to say the pharmacy tech. Inthe Riteaid located in 2532-54 86th street in Brooklyn, NY 11214 by the name of Esraa Mousa, cashier has a very unpleasant attitude and very discourteous. I wish the Human Resource of your good establishment will call her attention. Thank you so much.

The small Rite Aid at the Lyons Mall in Basking Ridge, NJ needs help!!! They don't ever even acknowledge you when you come in. The wait for prescriptions is interminable (today, lucky - only 1/2 an hour!!!) The payment system is antiquated and people still have to sign two copies - one on the machine, one paper copy (REALLY???). Half the time, they don't have the items featured in their flyer. The STUPIDEST "reward policy" in the universe (pardon my exaggeration...). I'm soooo frustrated with some of the employees there, I'm just about to give up on Rite Aid altogether......

The Riteaid store I have been using for years, closed, with no notice to customers. The phone said the pharmacy was closed due to unforseen circumstance. I waited 2 days and reached the store , they told me the store had been closed, and they were there packing up. They switched my perscription to another store, that is too far away. I had Walgreens call to transfer them and they told them one expired, and one did not exist. I called the store to check on them and they told me they would fill them for me today. I asked t hen ti transfer t hem and they told me Walgreens needs to do that. They told Walgreens they expired or didn't exist. It. Seems with your phone system you could have let your customers know. They said something was posted in the store. I am too ill to go in the, store, and use the drive thru. I will be warning everyone I know, to stay away from Riteaid.

I Gave The Pharmacist In Willits, Ca A Prescription For Hydrocodone. The Precription Says Take One Tablet By Mouth 4 Times A Day. That Would Be 120 A Month. The Dr. Made A Mistake And Wrote 90 Pills Instead Of 120 Pills. So Your Dummy Pharmacist Filled The Prescription Instead Of Calling The Dr. For Clearification. This Is Not My First Trip To The Rodeo With This Pharmacy!!! When I Question Them They Respond That It's Not Their Job To Question The Dr.! Excuse Me, But If The Dr. Ordered Something I Am Allergic To Would They Not Contact The Dr To Tell Him That??? Its Their Job To Make Sure My Prescriptions Are Not Only Safe, But That I Get The Amount I Need To Get Through The Month!!! Vishal The Dummy Pharmacist Says This Is A Prescription For 22.5 Days!!! And If I Brought It In For A Refill Then He Would Say Its Too Early!!! Im Sick Of The Crap From Your Pharmacists And Your Store Manager As Well!!! Your Customer Service Sucks!!!!! Im Getting Ready To File A Lawsuit So If I Were You, Id Straighten Out Your Store Employees!!!!

I use the location on Benvenue Rd Rocky Mount NC and have always received great service. Julie, Charles, Susan and you have a new older lady ( I have not got her name yet but she is a great asset to this store ) are the greatest representatives of Rite Aid. They are always working hard but no matter what they are doing they stop and take complete care of their customers. However last Friday evening, I stopped in to pick up a few things and was greeted by no one, when I went to check out, I was shocked when the young lady Brooke came behind the counter in a graphic t-shirt and very short shorts. I like this store but if this is the new dress code let me say it is very unprofessional....My complaint does not end here but I Tuesday I dropped by to pick up my medicine and to my surprise the manager (I think her name is Kristen) was sitting in the pharmacy waiting area with her feet propped up on the blood pressure machine playing on her phone...not sure what is going on in this store but think maybe you need to retrain a couple of your employees as no matter how exceptional the others named above, a regular customer and especially a new customer think maybe this is not the store for me. I do not wish to be contacted as being a regular customer I know that this is not the way things are done, I just felt you need to address it as soon as possible.

You have an employee in Semmes Alabama that is an absolute joy!!!! I was using CVS, but the employees act like you are bothering them, so I switched to rite aid. I do not know the gentlemans last name but his first name is Daniel. He is so helpful, friendly, knowledge and bends over backwards for your customers. He is a gem.

I am a disabled vet and suffer from severe back and neck pain due to an accident unrelated to my service disability. Every month I have my prescription of 300 methadone tablets filled at one of you pharmacies in the Tri-City area of Washington State. Quite often one of the stores may not have the enough of pills I need, so I have to call around to find the store that has the full amount.

The last time my prescription was to be filled on June 5, 2016 (the prescription was to be filled on June 6) I took the prescription to your store on Lee Street in Richland, WA. The pharmacist on duty assured me he had enough of the pills to fill the prescription! However, when my wife went to pick up the prescription, the next day on June 6, 2016 the same pharmacist told my wife he did not have enough pills to fill the prescription!

When my wife got back home, I called this pharmacist and ask why he had told me he had enough methadone to fill my prescription on June 5 and then when my wife came to pick up the prescription there was not a sufficient amount of the pills to totally fill the prescription the next day June 6, 2016. He stated that he could not hold back enough to fill my prescription, therefore, he had sold it out from under me, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD MY PRESCRIPTION IN HAND AND KNOWING THIS WOULD CAUSE A TREMENDOUS INCONVENIENCE to my wife and me. Further, he failed to even be courteous enough to call me and notify me when he did this occurred which would have given my wife and I the opportunity to make other arrangements. He mumbled some bureaucratic irrational gobbledygook that began the beginning of a frustrating and emotionally depressing journey through a land of incompetence.

He then offered to partially fill the prescription, this which would necessitate my going back to my doctor and getting another prescription, so I could get the balance of the prescription filled somewhere else; a tremendous inconvenience to me, being disabled, as well as causing extra work for my doctor! Plus, having me or my wife, to chase all over town trying to fill the prescription; since none of the Rite Aid stores in the Tri-Cities had enough of the methadone. This resulted in my wife going to Walgreens store closer to our house. There, we went through the same thing. Out of desperation, we let Walgreens partially fill the prescription, and I was the caused to go back to my doctor to get another prescription. All this because your Rite aid pharmacist at the Rite Aid store sold my prescription right out from under me!

After filling part of the prescription at Walgreens, I went back to my doctor and got another prescription for the remaining amount pills which could not be filled. On June 11, my wife went to the Steptoe Street Rite Aid pharmacy in Richland, WA and tried to fill the rest of the number not filled and was given the runaround by the pharmacist, after suffering an shovel full of more gobbledygook saying that store policy prevented him from filling the remainder of the prescription until June 23. Not the insurance company, but your arbitrary and capricious policy!

That was strike three: your out.

My wife and I try to exclusively shop at you Rite Aid stores on Richland, WA; and at these stores, we spend thousands of dollars ($3,200 for 2015, after insurance payment) a year. WE ARE REWARDED FOR THIS LOYALTY BY BUREAUCRATIC AND UNSOLICITOUS TREATMENT RESULTING IN MY RUNNING ALL OVER TOWN SUFFERING IN PAIN AND EMOTIONAL STRESS. The only place I have received worse treatment was from the VA -- and if you read the news, you know how bad that is.

If this were a one-time incident, I would let it pass; however, that is not the case here. So if we can find an efficient pharmacy which will provide both efficient and expert pharmaceutical care combined with an adequate element of solicitousness and compassion for those suffering with chronic pain. This particularly for who are disabled from serving our country.

Respectfully submitted.

I reached rite aid pharmacy at 8:55 and was not able to pick up my prescription cause I was told the money draw had been picked up. Not only did I need my medication they don't close till 9:00. This was totally bad business. When I told them it wasn't 9:00 I was told their computer said so however the main store was still open. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy to one that cares for thier customers and not going home. I don't wait till 5 till to pick up my medication but this was a special cermonstance. I made a comment to the front counter who was still clearly work how rude it was to.shut their blinds in my face when clearly it wasn't time to close. I needed that medication this evening and getting home was more important to your workers so I will be changing pharmacies..

Recently I decided to go to the automatic refill plan and decided that I like the old way better so would like to go back to calling in my order. The service is fine and a good ide for some but since my insurance no longer accepts Rite Aid as a preferred drug store it has become too expensive

I got denied employment because I'm pregnant and I also feel the manager was racist.

On 1/8/2016 my husband's Doctor office called in a prescription to the Rite Aid in Connellsville, PA. Approximately 2 hours later, my husband received a text from Rite Aid indicating that his prescriptions were ready. (He already had received an text on 1/6/2015 regarding 2 prior prescriptions.) So I went to pick them all (3) up. I got in line at the drive through prescription pick up. It took 45 min to get to the window, and I waited at the window another 10 min, only to find out that they had not filled the prescription that the Dr. had called in on 1/8/2015. When I registered my dismay regarding the inefficiency of the pharmacy, the pharmacist came to the window to tell me that she could not fill the prescription that the Doctor had ordered, in its entirety, because they did not have the drug. I can understand , if the drug was some exotic drug, but it was only and antibiotic for an UTI. The pharmacist then request that I pull to the front of the store, where she would meet me, when she partially filled the antibiotic. Once again I waited 10 more minutes. I normally do not complain, and understand that sometimes things get backed up. BUT, I have had 2 prior prescriptions filled there and had to wait over 2 hours for each. Prior to August, I lived in Bethel Park, PA, approximately 50 miles from Connellsville. I have always used the Rite Aid in Bethel Park and have NEVER had to wait 2 hours for a prescription to be filled and certainly never waited an hour in the drive in line. This pharmacy is so inefficient. The pharmacist had all types of excuses, including blaming corporate. I find this to be a lip service. I informed the pharmacist that the best thing that could happen to her store was a wrecking ball and a CVS! I also informed her that it is unfortunate that my husbands insurance uses Rite Aid, but my insurance certainly does not and I will take my business else where!
