Extremely unhappy I have been using PetSmart hotels for a long time and I book suites for my dog online. I booked for starting July 3 and when we arrived all suites were taken and was told there is a problem with the online reservations system. I had them call to see if I could take her to another Petsmart hotel with a suite none available the people on phone with our hotel suggested we find a vet at 8 pm to board her which is crazy. My dog is nervous and does not do well with a lot of noises which is why I always reserve the suite. The ladies knew when I came in and one said I knew one should have been saved for you. I had the choice of canceling my trip and losing money or leaving her in the 4x4 cage. Not sure if I will use Petsmart hotel again after this. We are worried about her. NEVER ISE THEIR ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM YOU MUST CALL THE SPECIFIC HOTEL which I was unaware of.
