I bought 4 gallons of paint yesterday. 2 in the morning and went back in the afternoon for 2 more. The paint does not match. From the amount of paint it's obvious it's a very large area. I took 1 can from the first batch and 1 from the second, along with pictures. The Manager, Jake refused to give me a refund on 2 cans of paint. He would only give me 2 more cans of paint. First, I'm not repainting right now and secondly, why would I buy 2 more cans, paint again and risk it not matching. There's absolutely no difference between giving me a credit or giving me 2 cans of paint I'm not going to use right now. When he's ready to move my 200lb table and repaint for me in 98 degree weather, I'll take the paint. I want a credit for 2 cans of paint. Your customer service is horrendous.
