Their customer service stinks. After getting the app, I got an email offering 30 cents discount with first fill-up. I never got that discount. Sent them an email, with all of the details - NO REPLY. Called them, and the Rep said that "the offer expired on June 30."" When I told him the original email was sent July 5th, he then switched gears and said "oh, Valero reserves the right to withdraw an offer at any time." I told him I wouldn't waste any more time, they had my contact information, and there are literally dozens of other brands nearby I will be using instead.
