AVG automatially renewed and withdrew funds from my checking account that was not authorized. I closed my business six months ago; I no longer have any of the computers that were used for that business; I have no use for your services. I have tried repeatedly to request a refund. I provided the information requested to the best of my ability. Since I am being bombarded with emails saying AVG wants me back, my information is available somewhere! This is nonsense!

I no longer use AVG. I have contacted with great difficulty some person at your offices.YOUR ref number . fund removed from my account WHY ?????. the laptop to which tune up refers I sold over 2years ago return my funds now.

I canceled my AVG on 11-11-15, which I have an e-mail from you confirming the cancelation! Yet on 12-10-15 you withdrew from my bank a charge of $54.99 for renewing my account with AVG, which I did not authorize! I phoned AVG & was told I would receive a refund within 7 to 10 days. Then I read that I should receive a refund within 30 days! It has been almost a month & still no refund? When can I expect it? Lois McCabe

After my mother's computer broke, I had her call the number listed here . Even after telling them that her computer was broken and she could not get on the computer, she was harassed to get on her computer so they could walk her through canceling her subscription. They insisted she do so. After finally getting through to them about it, they told her to call back when the subscription is almost up on a different number I'm not able to find any info online about this number, though. Sounds like a scam all around.

My mum was sent an email from AVG Netherlands saying it was about to run out, they didnt do anything about it because a technician had removed it from the computer. Suddenly $63.99 has been charged to their credit card, and the invoice said they had downloaded this year's one, the bank said they had signed for it, but they hadnt. They refuse to give the money back, zero customer service, absolutely disgusting, they are committing fraud and they know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Credit cards have had to be cancelled so they cant take money in the future.

I'm very frustrated trying to get some support over the phone. Your system is broken. I held for 10 mins. and finally pushed the button to place a call back request and was transferred to someone's voice mail box that was FULL and ended up being disconnected. Went to your website and clicked for another support # & tried that # and was told that was no longer a valid #. I will start over when I have more time, but your phone support is the worst I've experienced in a very long time.
Also I renewed my PRO performance in Sept. & your screen says I expired so I'm not a happy camper!

How can I trust your organization? I had a AVG message pop up on my screen that told me that my protection would run out in 14 days and it counted down the days. I purchased your advertised package and paid for 2 years. Now I get the message that my computer is not protected on my computer and you folks want me to make another purchase. It sounds and feels like a SCAM.

This Is More Of A Complaint,i Have Bought Avg Protection For My Computer And It Is Ok,but I Am Fed-up To The Point That If This Continues I Will Not Renew Again Next Year,please Stop Sending Emails Asking Me To Buy Your Optimizing Program I Do Not Want It And I Will Never Buy It Please Stop Interrupting Me When I Am On A Site And You Keep Doing This,i Ask For It To Be Stopped Before And Was Assured That It Would Be Stopped But It Has Not,i Will Say Again So As It Gets Through I Don't Want It And Will Never Buy It And If It Continues I Will Not Renew Next Year.

By what I see in the previous comments, I have the same problems. My AVG malfunctioned months ago and I had to subscribe to another anti-virus/firewall.

While a renewal date is not due yet, I have had similar problems , where a company refuses to cancel a subscription , such as an unsatisfactory ISP, and then STEALS from my bank account.

Then, the only alternative is to cancel the account, and then open a new account , with all the hassle that comes with notifying legitimate vendors of the new account access numbers.

I have not yet called AVG customer/billing. I must do so soon, and expect the brush-offs and insensitivity experienced by those who have already commented.

I bought AVG in 2/2/2015 it worked fine now it won't .This computer was upgraded to windows 10 and AVG stopped loading I would like it fixed my email is the order number was 32-1673017 this paper also has my name is Jenny Sue Eckhart thank you I just want this fixed

I have been trying to resolve a billing problem. So far all I have gotten is the runaround. It is getting tiring. Is that the point? Hoping people will get disgusted & quit. Betty Adrian

When I installed AVG it would not let me open the web. I called AVG and asked to speak to a American cause I could not understand him because he had a thick Arabic accent and he laughed at me and told me he was the only one their but I could here a room full of other so called tech support agents I will never buy anything that has to do with AVG and will do my best to get the word out about AVG.

Recieved an e-mail saying my protection had expired and asking me to renew. I have a statment from my bank that AVG charged me $54.99 for renewal on 9/15/15. Have tried many times to contact customer service to takk to a rep but all i can reach is a hindu speaking tech support. This phone number doesn't service at home computers. They give a number to call if that is what you need but that number is incorrect and you get a recording.

I love avg. But when i tried to renew avg another company popped up called avast. I thought it was from avg so i downloaded it. It really messed up my computer until i uninstalled it. Please find out why this company is cutting in on avg customers so others dont go through what i had to go through.

Words cannot describe my frustration at the total lack of customer service from AVG. I paid for 2 years of TUNE UP to find that installation was impossible. I got to the 'make sure you have an internet connection' when everything stopped. I have wasted half a day on trying to install it. Now I have wasted a further hour trying to get a refund with useless telephone numbers. why not give me an email address to request a refund? After all I bought the darn thing online. paid online so I want a refund online.

I just paid for AVG Performance and have a receipt. I cannot get it to download and install however. I have tried calling the technical support number and I get a line out of order signal. I need to communicate with someone as to how to download and install the product you sent me a receipt for. The AVG Performance multi-device one yr subscription. AVG has the money now how do I GET THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE I PURCHASED??????????????????????????

AVG Internet Security stopped working and I ended up with viruses (one a trojan), the very reason I bought the license in the first place. There is no AVG support. There are only free lance companies ready to fill the gap if you pay even more than you paid for the license. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use this security again. Customer service? It's a ghost.
