Was in the drive through and ordered a chicken platter. I was told they were out of french fries but asked if I wanted extra Cole slaw. I opted for a extra piece of toast. When I drove around to the window, I asked the (and I use the term loosely) young man, Nate, how Hardees could have run out of fries. He replied "The f...ing truck didn't show up. It just didn't come, I don't f'in' know." When he returned with my card I asked him if it was his custom to use profanity with a customer. He told me, "Well, when people are rude.." I told him that I wasn't rude, just asking a question. Then asked for his name and the store and corporate phone number. He said, Well, I'll give it to you but you can look it up on line." I thanked him for his attempt and drove off. Not surprisingly, there is no longer ability to leave a voice mail (box is full, if that says anything) and not surprising that Hardees doesn't care as many of these are closing. The sooner with this one, the better.
