TERRIBLE customer service!!! Operator knew NOTHING about product. Requested to speak to a product specialist, someone knowledgeable about the product and she DISCONNECTED me!!!! How pathetic!!

You don't even post your corporate phone number!!

IF you find a product specialist anywhere in your multi-billionaire company, have them give me a call.
