I have 65 inch TV, Love it, but would not buy any more Vizio. Reasons after 2 yrs you stop support Youtube, which is a main part of my TV program.

I have a 42 inch and a 55 inch Vizio I try to reset my 55 inch Vizio picture and now won't work keep saying select Network I don't have internet we don't get internet around here and now my TV will not work I'm not going to pay to have it fixed when there's nothing wrong with it either you guys do something to fix it or I will go on every social media and tell them how you guys screwed me over when there is nothing wrong with my TV
Viewing my experience and thoughts with customer service support and setting up my account was horrific,time wasting,incomplete,user unfriendly,etc. Would recommend reformatting and restructuring to make it user friendly. Having YouTube videos available, nice, if you were able to watch them.
I bought a 55 inch k4 Vizio in march it cuts off bt it's self making a loud noise thought it was bad so I took it back traded it for the same t.v it is doing the same thing it's making me go away from vizeo if I can't get help with this issue never had problems with your t.vs not sure about this k4 it's been nothing but trouble what can I do about it as I paid alot of my hard money for this product
Well I own 4 Vizio TV's and just in the last week it seems that the TV companies have updated there security for eligal recording movies and my 4yr old $800 Vizio TV don't accept this new incripttion so my TV want play HD anymore. And the best part is Vizio says there sorry and there's nothing they can do for me and I will need to buy a new TV. Well I will say that I have always been a fan of Vizio but I WILL NEVER buy another Vizio tv. That is a sorry way for a company to treat a loyal customer.
My son got 65" TV model Dc501-b2 TV screen when black, after 14 months. Call Cust. SVC, terrible cust. Svs; immediately he advised me to go on line and check their Sales and I told him I will never ever will buy from Vizio ever again. And on top of that he informed me repairs will be $347.00, due to electrical issued how can they figured out the issued with the TV without seeing it. Don't buy from Vizio they just want to sell, but they don't care about Customers Svs. Very disappointed, I'm telling everyone to don't buy from Vizio Products they're cheap.
I bought a visio big screen tv a couple years ago. Just recently the screen goes black and now there's no pic at all. I'm not a rich person so I don't have the $ to go out and buy another one. I do know that a tv should last a lot longer than 2 years. I'm not sure what to do about this. Can you please give me some answers on this. Thank you
Not a review but I need help. I purchased a TV and Its a HDMI HDTV. I cannot get the screen completely clean.I am using the cleaner that came with the t.v. I need some kind of remedy to this problem. Thank you for your time. I am a widow on a fixed income so ANY help would be appreciated.
I have had Vizio TV's for about 10 years...I have only had to call them 3 times and every time the tech support was kind and wonderful...as I am a little old lady that is everything that is technology challenged. Thank you vizio and the super lady in South Dakota that helped me!!!
I purchased a 65 inch 4K television and had a problem with it. I contacted customer service, described the problem, sent them a photograph of the screen and they immediately sent me a new television. I highly recommend them to everyone. I wish all companies I deal with were as cooperative and responsive as Vizio was.
I wanted to express my frustration with your product. I purched at 60in tv and within 30 days there was an electrical issue and the unit turned off non stop. After making contact with Best Buy they arranged to send me a new unit same model. Now 14 months later the TV screen decided to go completely black. My wife called and was told sorry it would cost to much to repair and your out of warrenty good luck.....So I called back requested to speak to a manager and he basically told me the same thing. Warrenty is only good for 12 months after that there is nothing VIZIO will do. I explained this TV was $1200.00 (no cheap) its mounted to my wall and there is nothing we did to it for this to happened and said maybe there is an issue with this Model. He went on o basically imply that I was just unfornignate and in a 14 month time span had 2 bad TVS that are the same model.......
Where is the customer service?
Did it end the day I gave you my money?
What would make me want to purchase anything for Vizio again?
I went to Best Buy and told the salesman I wanted a new TV but did not want a VIZIO. I explained my frustration and his responce was "Yes that sounds like VIZIO customer service"
So apperently this is what alot of people think of your service.
I know this will fall on deaf ears but I know I will never purchase your product again. I want someone that will stand behind there product and this is not you.
Have you noticed it's football season an veterans day sales are afoot.
We bought our Tv about a year ago, we bought the extended warranty.
The back lite portion of the TV went out.
We called an followed all the instructions.
Wal Mart tech was sent out (after an hour of US-talking to your tech)
He confirmed the TV will have be replaced.
Then we get a phone call asking us how the service was an that our tv has been repaired to new spec.
Then we get a phone call asking us how the service was since the service request has been closed.
So whats the problem. We still have a 100% Fail tv. Absolutely NOT REPAIRABLE
We have no- as in NONE- Current or OPEN - control or document number(s) from anyone about anything having to do with this TV.
in other words, you wasted 3 to 4 hours of our time, your time, an did nothing about the failed TV. As well as having us let what appears to be a total stranger in our home under the assumption he was (at the least) going to do something, otehr than close the service request with no further action.
As a smart arsh let me say there are at least 100 TV's on the self in at least 5 locations with in 50 miles of here at Walmart

I have a visio 70" razar led tv e701i-a3e was on the phone with them for about 50 min my tv has white dot all over the bottom left and right of the screen also they had me do a hard rest on the tv they told me how to do it i did it and now my tv wont even come back on then transfer me to another person and Visio is not going to do anything about it .the tv is only 1.5 years old and cost around 1,500.00 and now i have no tv at all before i called them at least i could watch it now all i can do is stare at a black screen they told me to call walmart where i got the tv at about my problems .this will be my last Visio tv never again .Thanks for nothing Visio.
Have been trying to chat with your technical department for the last 40 minutes and can't get any kind of e-mail message through. I have a 55 inch Vizio Smart TV which I bought in February of 2014. Model is E550i_AO. We are having audio problems.
No audio when I turn it on - have to unplug it, hold the power switch down for 30 seconds then try it - always have to do this twice
What part do I need to replace
