I purchased a 58" TV less than 6 months ago. I had it replaced already once because the picture was slow in processing and did not look right. Within a month of the TV getting replaced the power just went out. Toshiba tells me that this is a common problem they apologize but will order the new parts....this was to be 2-3 weeks.... again this is crazy for a brand new TV... After 4 weeks no word from them I call in again and am told sorry it is on back order probably another 2-3 weeks. No offer to do anything to satisfy the customer and when I got upset I was told we cannot accomplish anything for you at this time, we will call you when the parts arrive and then hung up on me!!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I will never buy another product from Toshiba and suggest that NOBODY purchases from them either. I feel like I have wasted thousands of dollars!.
