My elderly uncle bought a Cannon ink cartridge online from the Epson Store. He showed me the invoice about a month and a half later. They had sent one cartridge, but billed him for two. (he thought the second one might be backordered.) When I called about getting a refund for the product he never received, I was keep on the phone with them for about half an hour and the supervisor I eventually spoke with refused to give a refund on the product that was not delivered because it was more than 30 days. Apparently, Epson does not believe in Customer Service.
