I just got hung up 2 times by your employee I had called your support number because you iPad is stuck on a display sowing a pic of a cord and a arrow to iTunes your employee is a East Indian accent and I called around ten thirty from wash state he started yelling at me when I said I couldn't get to settings that he kept trying me to get to because my iPad was stuck on that display he then hung up me! I called back and he answered and I asked for his supervisor to put a com ain't in on him he said he was the supervisor and I said to speak to who ever was over him he then hung up one I tried to call back and it was on a busy signal......who is this employee at Apple it seems to me you do NOT have a professional let alone a respectful person on your service line! please contact me I now have no one to help me with my iPad
