I can honestly say that having been an Apple customer since 2007, I have never had a negative experience! With an initial purchase of a MacBookPro, I needed to call Apple Care a lot. All this "tech stuff" was new to me! The tech service over the phone was incredibly helpful. Their level of patience was truly exemplary. I have since bought many Apple products. I recommend Apple to anyone when asked about my Apple purchases ("toys"). I am usually hesitant to recommend anything for if it's not a positive outcome it sometimes "comes back at ya" so to speak. I worked many years as a health care professional and sad to say, Apple treated their customers far better (courtesy, know-how, etc.) than many working in health care. There is no perfection in any business, but Apple could teach a lot on how to deal with customers. And no, I have never worked for Apple.
