i very disappointed that step dad tv goes out less then a week of owning it after repeatedly messing viizo customer service after they said it's going replace the for they proceeded to tell him it's going to be 7 to 10 days. if not longer for his TV delivered today's place then to him for them to replace so he pushed to three weeks for the TV can you guys get a ship one to him either wouldn't know close closer
