I just opened up my new Sony Vizio 50" 4K HD TV. I bought it in November 2019 and since I have been in school, I haven't had time to take it out of the box. I took it out of the box yesterday and my nephew came over today to help me, along with installing my new wi-fi from Spectrum (5G) and when he plugged in my tv, the screen was cracked. There were blue cracks all over the front of the screen. I called Walmart.com where they xfrd me to Vizio and Vizio said I had no one year manufacturer replacement. I disputed this saying that if their tv came out of THEIR box, then it was their liability. George continued to slow talk me but I am going to sue Vizio if I don't get a replacement TV. If I don't, I will never buy their products again.
