I have a Pay as you go Mobile Phoneand used to get points every time I put credit on the phone. I was saving the points to get a really good mobile and had in excess of 4000+, and went to get a new phone only to be told that they had stopped giving points for pay as you go, I would have to pay full price for a new one, even though I was not informed that they no longer gave points. Vodafone should honour the amount collected up to the time it ceased and allow me to get the phone. Also I agree the internet only works sometimes. I tried to ring customer service and spoke to someone, but when I wanted answers the phone started making strange noises, and was told she couldn´t hear me. Then she cut me off. (This is supposed to be a good, caring company, ha)
