Placed an Order containing 3 items Nov.18th, 2021. 2 of the items came in in a timely manner. These were Christmas gifts for friends. I kept checking to see when the last item would be delivered. The last ship by date was Jan. 8th after this date I checked and item was canceled. Called customer service and was treated extremely rude by the agent. I understand the problems we are having with supply chain issues however instead of an arbitrary cancel by you with no explaining, an email directly to me would have been appreciated.
