I went to the bojangles @ westlake Oct. 28th in the morning. I had two free sausage biscuit receipts but because I didn't have the whole receipt the manager that was on duty said she couldn't take them ( I never had this problem before). Also I got no receipt and no sugar that I asked for. Plus my food was thrown in the bag. I go alot to bojangles and never had a issue but because of this I don't think I will go back.

I have been sending emails to you about being overcharged at your store in Atlantic beach nc. We ordered 2 three piece meals no drinks except for half gallon of tea and where charged over 17 dollars unbelievable

To whom it may concern,

I LOVE Bojangles chicken, but EVERY time I go to the drive-thru at dinner time, regardless of what location, I have to wait 10 minutes or more for chicken!!! I don't understand that if chicken is the ONLY (main) meat that is sold here, why the wait is so long?!? There should be an abundance of chicken ready and waiting to go out the door at any given minute!! I wait patiently and am sometimes offered a beverage while I wait, but the drive thru is supposed to be a quicker and convenient way of getting in and out without having to wait longer than 10 minutes!!! I've already sworn off KFC because the last time I went there, the chicken was undercooked and the sides were over cooked. Please do not make me turn my back on Bojangles!!! I will be posting on social media about the Bojangles ridiculous wait time in Vanceboro NC!!!

Nashville TN DONELSON Pk near airport 37214 1:50 pm problem started when a Smoking Employee sitting at the drive thru blew smoke in my open window. Then I ordered a family pack got to window and was told credit card machine was broken I had to pay Cash or I could go Inside and pay debit card at counter. I said how. She said that machine was working I said why can't she use that terminal To swipe my card be paid at your counter. 2 feet away from window. I asked. WHY I had to park and walk in again. She said she can't pay drive thru food at the counter Cash or I'll Cancel your order. I told her she needed customer service training. She then called me an. A***hole I told her I heard that and her response. Why don't I go to another restaurant Bad service AND insults Drive thru girl needs discipline. Also she. Refused to give me my Receipt Not a good Bojangles experience. Mr. B. Nashville

I stopped by your location in Augusta Georgia on Wrightsboro road the sign advertising 2 sausage egg and cheese for 3.50 the manager informed me this was no longer valid ,butno longer valid why is the sign showing this offer false advertising manager was not friendly at all.

I stopped on my way to work at about 6:26 am. This was just off exit 124 off I 73. I ordered drove to the window. The only words I heard was the price. I always thank the folks at the window. She handed me my stuff , no receipt and no thank you. Rude!! This is the first time that I've seen this person. Well...I won't be stopping here again. At least not this location. I serve the public also and this is not the way to be courteous at all.

We did a take out order from the South Boston Bojangles. When we got to our destination for a picnic with our young grandchildren, we had no butter or jelly and best of all - our chicken strips were all cajun. Thank goodness we had macaroni and cheese and our own juice boxes. We are done with Bojangles. We are pretty sure that they just needed to get rid of the cajun strips and they knew we were going away with the stuff so we wouldn't be able to return to complain.

I visit your location in Monroe, Ga quite often. I usually order the country ham and biscuit.
The biscuits are always crumbly, but this morning they were extremely crumbly. Could not pick the biscuit up without it falling apart. Had to eat the ham without biscuit. This experience
has finally done it! I will not be going back.

Went to the Bojangles on Tunnel rd in Asheville. I showed my server, the manager, my VA card. She rang me up without the discount. I reminder her and she made no comment but gave the discount. Upon putting my order together. She crammed 2 pieces of chicken, 2 coleslaws, and a biscuit into a small box, destroying the biscuit. She didn't thank me and was very rude and resentful. I commented on the packing job being bad. No comment just a sarcastic grin. I attempted to contact Bojangles by phone and could not reach a person. My attempt to leave a comment on line would not go through. I don't think Bojangles cares about the quality of service at this location. I've been in this location, Store #461 , several times. Usually this woman is in the back yelling at employees. My check # is 10162, in 06/20/19 at 1:57pm. I will not return to Bojangles. W. Bradshaw

To whom it may concern I love Bojangles and I was wondering if you guys would put a Bojangles in Thomas country Georgia or can y'all have a meeting about this Bojangles would get great business here people would come all around to get to Bojangles. Please please think about it. My address is 87 Ells Creek drive meigs Georgia 31765 my name is Mary Jones. I am a big fan of Bojangles. I did live in tunnel hill Georgia we had Bojangles close there I bought a house here in meigs and I found out that there was no Bojangles close that is a crime and it is important so can you guys see what you can do. Is the dinning room supposed to be customer friendly or is it really an employee lounge? Is the background music loud for the enjoyment of the employees or just to encourage customers to leave as soon as possible?

I was at the bojangels on George Liles Blvd. I had to wait 27 minutes in the drive through. My food was cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. I did. It give a recipet. It was approximately 620pm. This was very unacceptable.

The Union SC Boganles never seem to have fresh food, I order my food and go home only to have old hard two day old chicken. Every time OK I will give them another try. Turn out to be the same old food. The young adults that work there hoarding around playing instead of doing their job.

Store 989 in Denver NC never has food. I've been to this store numerous times and ALWAYS have to wait on them to "drop" the chicken.

Tonight we ordered a 20pc meal and the girl tried to talk me out of it saying it would take a while to cook my order. I have been to this store for the last time.

I made a purchase today 09/22/2018. Store no: 455, Greensboro, NC. Check no: 188481.Cashier name: Kayla.Transaction amount: $7.46 But unfortunately he charged twice from my credit card ending with 3972 for the same order. One at 11.58.36 am and another one at 11.59 am. Ist time he told me that card was declined so please swipe again. Accordingly I did it. But my bank mailed me that both the transactins was successful debited twice my card $7.46 for the same order. So please reverse one transaction to my credit card.

New Bojangles Madison, GA. I just spent 36 minutes in the drive through window tonight. Several cars in front & behind me left in frustration. When I finally got to the window I told them I had been in line nearly 30 minutes ? What is going on in there.? The girl said we're out of chicken ! I said I didn't order chicken just a steal biscuit, a side, tea & a Boberry biscuit. The car in front of me sat at the window for over 10 minutes ? Girl said she was waiting on chicken. I find this totally unexceptionable. I've eaten at your store in Covington,GA & several other locations & they always tell you when you order if there's going to be a wait. But this store said nothing about a wait ? I still sat there for 5 or 6 minutes before I got my food. When I finally got home with my food, it was good but there was no napkins, no fork or spoon to eat with & no receipt either. I realize this store is new, only open a few weeks, but they will never make it here with this type service. I'm very disappointed & not sure I will eat at Madison store again

I have ordered several times from the location in HUDSON NC . on HICKORY BLVD.
The biscuits are great but they fall apart too easy and that's not good.I think the batter needs to be adjusted.
I am 66 and disabled & love Bojangles.

Good afternoon, my name is James Lemley. I was at your restaurant in Jefferson, Ga. yes evening and had sat down in the dining area to eat my meal. As I was eating there was three young guys maybe in their late teens that entered from the outside. In a few minutes two of them made their way behind the counter and one proceeded to handle the serving utensils at the food bar and dip a cup into the ice bin. When I asked the manager about it I was informed that they were employees and had washed their hands. First of all I watched them and they did not wash their hands and secondly even if they were employees they were obviously not on their shift and were in street clothes that were not appropriate for customer service. The manager seemed to brush it off as to not be a big deal but to me it is very unprofessional and needs to be dealt with. Thanks for your immediate attention to this matter!

We had a fabulous experience in the Ashland Virginia site, located 11635 Lakeridge parkway. It was late at night half an hour before closing time we were treated with such warmth and hospitality. Charles and Samantha went above and beyond Any experience we've had in restaurants. Charles is amazing he made us fresh biscuits and literally treated us like royalty. Everyone working that night were fabulous. We will definitely recommend Bojangles to our friends and the next time were in that area we're stopping back to say hello. After a long trip and all the hiccups we had that made our evening thank you again

The Bojangles in Franklin,Va..I didn't receive all of my order on 4/19/18..Seems like I receive a balance of good & not so good service periodically..How hard is it to not forget to place a Cajun chicken filet biscuit in the bag..& those aren't cheap..very disappointing 😱

I have misplaced my gift card and I was wondering if there is a way to look up my balance. The order it was purchased at store . My daughter gave it to me and I used it once or twice and I have been unable to find it.

I don't know what is going on with the Bojangles in Granite fallS, NC. The service has been crapping of a morning. The new girl at the window is not at all friendly,waited at the window for five minutes for one sausage and egg biscuit that was not even done. Man behind me mad. Guess he got over it when he had to wait on his biscuit. Don't know what happen to the girl named Patience but she was good and always friendly. It was not the girl at the window fault the biscuits was't done but maybe you could tell her to smile. Was telling my friend here about it when I showed her my half done biscuit and she said it was not any better at lunch. Guess we will be going somewhere else for breakfast and lunch.

Three times we have gone to bojangles only to have them stare at us and no one wait on us , what is going on with this place? You apparently have people there that dont like their jobs. We have given up eating there,

I went thru the drive in at the country club road, Winston-Salem, NC location and ordered the 8 pack chicken, biscuits, and Bo-rounds. Service was fast but they did not give me my biscuits. rip off.
