Tuesday Jan9 815am This Is Dr M. Berger Od. Your Rude Store Mgr.refused To Ringup My Merchandise When I Walked Up To The Front Register Counter Slowly.no Other Customers On Line At The Time.i Explained I'm Handicapped From Cervical Injury.she Told Me To Leave Without My Purchase And Go.i Shop Several Times At 3500 Ave D Ft.pierce Fl A Month There.with Other Employees W/o Incidence.the Weather Sometimes Affects My Mobilitybut Not In Away To Be Embarrassed.this Should Never Be.i Am Very Concerned That I Did Not Move Fast Enough For Her.ms.harrison The Other Store
Mgr.was Not There At The Time Probably Would Have Been
Concerned.

I went to one of your store today I tried to return 2 items I didn't have my receipt the manager who works there unsalted me she told me that when I had went over there with a friend of mine that my friend stole something n then she called me a theft real load embarrassing me she wasn't wearing name tag when I ask for her name she refuse n she was yelling out I'm a thief that was so embarrassing.

Went into one of your locations and was shopping. Was approach by this lady and was told that I couldn't be in the store cause I was fired from one of your stores.No I quit. Went to the manager I use to work for 8 to 9 years or longer and asked her what she is talking about. She told me that she had no ideal. So is it ok for people who work for you guys to slender and make people feel be little just because of the color of there skin or their sexual orientation. Wanting to try to get control of the matter.

This morning I shopped at the Family Dollar store in Hudson, North Carolina. The cashier was outside smoking during business hours. I waited 10 minutes before she checked me out. She was very rude.

I haven't lived here long. March this year. Your store is down the street & I use it multiple times a week, never spending less than 40$. The prices have raised beyond discount but what can you do? I pay it. Last night when the store was packed, I entered, got a buggy & started shopping. It was noisy and the woman behind the counter must have spoken to me but I didn't hear. She came from behind the counter aggressively shoring at me. I turned around and she said you can't bring your purse in here. Although I was embarrassed & the whole store was staring. I kept silent & took my purse to the car and returned with my billfold only. Please note that the area isn't really safe and I was fearful my car would be broken into & purse stolen but I needed fish food. I went shead & filled my basket with several items at least 50$+. When I got to the register, I expressed how I felt about being chased down like a shoplifter as I got my buggy, of course she didn't see it that way. She then refused to serve me and told me to come up to the store the following day to report her & spelled her name to me. Shirley. I am a 71 yr old woman . I work full time as a social worker. I donor look like a shop lifter. I walk through groups of pandhandlers just to get inside the store. Peopke boldly coming up to me inside the store demanding money. I was asked once by the cashier why I was in the store for 30 min. I have been shocked by the roughness of the workers there but overlook. The woman last nigh punished me for defending myself against her behavior. I told her my fish would starve and she said she's didn't care. The store is on miller ave 76119. I've spent alit of money in this store and always respected the workers. I find jobs for people with barriers to work. I've seen a lot. This complaint is warranted. No one deserves to be treated so badly while spending money. I was the only white face there and felt mistreated. I donor have a criminal record or look like a crook. She singled me out.

I am a customer of the Family Dollar store, I was wondering why they have to close the store until 5 PM. Just as well close the store the seniors that depend on it but it's not open is very unfair.

Store 9106 (2051 Austell Road, Marietta)is often never opens on time. Unauhtorized persons behind the register and in storerooms. Homeless people often unloading trucks for employees. Stock commonly left in the aisles for days which is a hazard.

I was refused service by an employee who appeared to be intoxicated last weekend. She wanted me to come behind the counter (register) and watch a video with her???

Please don' t shop here. You will thank yourself.

OK so my local family dollar, Dansville N.Y. (14437) has a small problem, the toilet in the north lavatory seems to be plugged up, I've tried to plunge it doesn't work....
So I spoke to the boss and he is aware of the problem but led me to think that his manager won't fix it... It's a new store, 1-2yrs old...
So who is in charge of the region and why is it taking "MONTHES" ?? NOT DAYS??
It's a simple job the land lord should fix in less than 2-3 hours??
Please help the "new" manager is much better than that
"(THE FIRST GUY FROM THE OLD STORE WHO WAS REALY OLD AND SUFFERED FROM SMALL-DOG-SYNDREM)"

I went to the family dollar and picked up 2 items that were outside on a rack that said 60% off. When I got to the check out, they rang in more than what the price tag said. The checker asked another worker about it and he came over and said the tags were wrong and proceeded to take the price tags off. I told him he legally can't do that, that he had to give it to me for the price marked. I tried to explain to him that all the other cloths were marked the same but he didnt care. He said, and I quote " Yes I can, and if you don't like our prices, go shop somewhere else." Then to top things off I never got my 5.00 discount for spending 25.00. And I spent 60.00! So i also got cheated out of 10.00! I have been a loyal customer for years and have never been treated so rude. I am not sure I want to continue to shop there.

The manager at the store in Belington WV is the rudest person I have ever came in contact w I have been going to that same store for 3 yrs I have return 1 item and when I went to return a product that didn't I was belittled and talked to so disrespectfully. She just a childish young girl who was giving authority cause she was at the rt place at the rt time. She even brings her son to work and even though he's not a baby it makes a horrible shopping experience as she's always screaming at him and he's always crying cause she's screaming at him. She should be head of the local gossip column cause she believes everyone else's business is part of her job title as she sits at the computer gossiping but never tells her own business

The store located in Memphis store #08814 is always out of stock. this store always smells like weed and nothing is ever on the sleves the people that running the store always say they waiting on the truck but nothing is never in stock.The young lady that was working the cash register was clearly high off drugs.This issue has been going on for some time now,I love around the corner and I have to go out side my area to get simple items that should be at dollar store.

Went to the store today.400 Virginia st buffalo NY 14201.you lost control over your store.the employee,s were barking like dogs on the loud speaker running around with carts like they were cars.3 months ago my husband was yelling for a store rep.it was empty they were out smoking pot outside left the money and the keys to everything on the register.prices are always wrong.its a dump

My daughter works at the store on Scalp rd. Johnstown, PA. She has had an issue with a new hire there and when she was going to go to the manager she was informed that the manager was this girl's mom and nothing would be done about it. She's now afraid she will loose her job if she takes it further. How is that fair towards the other employees? When asked how she was hired with her mom being a manager her response was, "Different last names". They know they fooled the system and just don't care. I will not stand by while my child is being treated like this. Fix your store.

Family dollars on Siwell road, will not answer their telephone. You all need to give them more help in there. This is very very sad they don't have time to answer phone call. In case of emergency you have no way to reach them by phone .not all customers are bad people. This is just a concern

I placed a online delivery to be delivered on 2/7/2022 to date it has not occurred. I also n placed a pick up n order for 2/10/22. During the n interim
I deleted my order# in error.

The store is located on Burnside Ave
E.HARTFORD 06108.

It's very concerning when one calls no answe or line is constantly busy.

I'm seeking help in resolving my issue.

I too had the "electronic" are not a returnable item issue with a hand mixer. The casher told me of their unreturnable electronic items, she even made a cell call to I'm guessing the store manager, whom I heard through the cell phone speaker say, "if it runs on electricity it is a non-returnable ELECTRONIC item." Family Dollar needs to look up the difference between Electronic and Electrical. Every store I have shopped at has unhappy or rude people that work for them. They need some "CUSTOMER SERVICE" training or at least the definition of what Customer Service is about. I have done quite a bit of searching trying to locate an email address for complaints, I suppose they get so many they don't offer one.

Yes it is convenient having family Dollar here in Davenport. But this store does not keep store stocked with every day items. Coolers are empty,shelves very little amount on them. Prices are not on merchandise a lot of times. Employees not aware of prices. Not really people person. You all could do fantastic here in town.

The Family Dollar in Sterling city Texas has a employee that is terrible to customers and my self. her tag says Emily. She shouldn't be working in customer service at all. She is rude and hateful and also puts down the other employees. She has a very filthy mouth every other word is a curse word. I'm trying to find out what she drives so I can avoid bring my children to there if she is working. That Emily girl be is aweful. I have heard her theaten the manager many time. Like really the manager keeps that store nicer than it ever has in the passed but it's very obvious the manager is uncomfortable around Emily . That's not right. I will be getting other people from the community center that feel the same way and we will do what ever it takes to get this Emily girl out of out home town store!!!!

Four refrigerated food units at the Family Dollar store #12606 located at 326 Amherst Street Winchester, Va have been out of order for about a month now and need to be repaired as soon as possible. This is a hardship for people in the neighborhood who don't drive and walk to this store in their neighborhood to do their grocery shopping.
