I was very disappointed in a new Feria color I just tried. I usually use Feria 56, but have been unable to find it at either CVS or Walmart in Napa, CA. In frustration, I tried a new Feria red color that seemed to be very close. The small tube of red color was so runny, I had a hard time mixing it. It was runny on my hair as well, and made a big mess. I don't usually have that problem.The finished color is so dark, I'm now trying to fade it by washing and conditioning it daily. I was able to order a supply of 56, and will be using it. The other product was very disappointing, and I'll be unhappy until I can get it back to my usual color. I really dislike this formula and hope there are no plans to change the previously issued colors.

I have been using Loreal's Ever Creme Deep Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner for several months and recently had an experience I would like to share. We took a 6 day motorcycle vacation and rode somewhere in the vicinity of 1200 miles. I used your Ever Creme products daily and am thrilled to death with the results. My long hair gets quite tangled riding on the motorcycle, and I found that by using this product, the tangles were MUCH easier to brush out and my hair felt soft and clean even after a full day of riding. What a great product! I do wish it was a bit more affordable so that I could use it every day, but this is a wonderful product!

I have been using your L'Oreal hair coloring for 50 years. You advertise that there are coupons coupons in my local paper. I get the local paper every day. There have been NO coupons for your product as advertised in the Walgreen and CVS ads. I enjoy saving $2.00 on your product, but now I'll be looking for the best priced product.
How trustworthy are you these days?

Bought ms manga mascara 3 days ago, used it twice and it's dried up and no good. I want a replacement!
