Lowes on mobile hwy Pensacola has the worst customer service I ever seen

Loews in Hudson NY paint department was awful. I asked the young man for a color of barn red & told him what I was painting,he did not offer to assist me and when he mixed the paint it was the wrong color more of a pink color. My neighbor told us to take it back to that store and they should refund & remix it. I did on May 31,2016. The woman mixed the right color & even helped getting a swatch,but when I took the mistake paint to returns she refunded me & said have her mix the right color then use the same amount of money I used the first time. That did not happen. The cashier wrong it up almost 4$ more so I questioned why because I was supposed to get an even swap. A young associate came over to try to help. He asked some young black girl at the service desk why I'm not refunded the exact amount as the mistake paint they mixed. The black girl said because it was a different base of paint. I was upset & tried to tell lowes it was their mistake,but the young people wouldn't do what refunds told me to do. So I wound up paying more for lowes mistake.
I don't think I want to do anymore business with lowes. I would rather go across the river to Home Depot.

I am so angry. I have purchased two separate light kits for the front bath. Both kits are defective. The first one was halogen. Great! Except the bulbs kept falling out. Next light kit was already purchased previously. I know because all the packaging materials were trashed and black electrical tape was all over the wires. The best part was one of the globes was missing. Are you kidding me? What kind of company allows this type of shoddy merchandising. I thought Lowes was a leader in customer service and products. Extremely unhappy. If I do ever purchase anything from Lowes again, I will have the check stand employee open up the item before I walk out. Wow.

I really regretted bringing my kitchen project to lowes,everything was a disaster. I ordered cabinets and granite counter top on March 12,paid all my orders but it is almost may,two months after signing the contract I am still waiting for my counter top to be installed, it is unendless wait and I Am very Frustrated on the whole process fir I am not made aware of this. T

I went to lowes to purchase laminate flooring and schedule an estimate. My husband and I looked at laminate for 15 minutes while 2 lowes employees in the depths sat talking to each other. Even after I asked them a question I was never offered assistance. Lost my business. Poor customer service.

The customer service at my local lowes is horrible. Associates do not stay in their departments and rarely can be found. I always have to go to customer service to have someone paged and when you finally get help they act like you are bothering them. I only live five minutes from your store but as of today I will drive to Home Depot to get what I need and I will advise my family and friends to do the same. In the grand scheme of things one unhappy customer makes no difference to a company of your size but I just wanted to voice my opinion. Thank you

although I plan on purchasing a Whirlpool stove top at one of your store, I am baffle at why I must wait over a week. First, I must wait until someone comes and measure the top counter ( no time was given ), 2nd, Then we have to then purchase the stove top another 7 days? I am confuse am I not the customers and should I not deserve faster time frame? Your going to losr customers this way.

Lowes does not follow or support its own warranty plan. I have had my refrigerator repaired 3 times in the past 7 months for not keeping the correct temperature. Customer support tells me they will call me back and just keeps setting up repair calls without notifying me. I have lost time out of work and hundreds in food. The repair service that did the first two calls refuses to work on the machine again because after replacing the major components and computer boards it still would not work properly.
This was my first purchase of a non-Sears appliance and asked many questions before we purchased it. The Lowes salesman said they cover the machine just like Sears and if they have to make a 4th service call they will replace it. I just made the 4th call and am being told it has to be for the same reason. I stated it is the same reason the refrigerator is not cold. I keep thermostats in both compartments and the temperature is higher than the computer display. I requested to speak to the next upper tier of support, they promised to call me within 5 days, but today I get an email for another service call. Customer service has yet to ever return a call to me even when they promise to do so.
I will be filing with the BBB in my state and the Attorney General's office for breach of contract.

I just want to let Lowe's know that Matt's Appliance out of Broadway, VA is fantastic. After having a different repairman there to fix my oven in January, 2015, and taking three months to get it fix, it was not working again 7 months later. Very disappointing. Matt's Appliance came one day and in two weeks - had the new part ordered and replaced the part the day before Thanksgiving. Matt was wonderful and so far so good on my oven!!!

Because you just want to do the right thing then the manager of appliances at Lowes Sylva makes me realized and confirm why this world is so mess up and lack of honesty... 🙁 We had a delivery fridge this morning. After we had all our food out from the old fridge for over 30 -45 min, house doors down delivery guys had to remove them to have the new fridge into the house; also the old fridge was already on the driveway waiting for friends to pick it up for them to use it THEN we realized it was not the fridge we ordered.

Obviously; the fridge they were installing was more expensive.

Well; I though I was doing the right thing I didn't want the delivery guys got in trouble in case they were installed the wrong one. so; I let them know about it. After several calls they let us know they need to take that fridge back because it was $4400 fridge which double the price of the one we ordered. So; I went online to check prices and realized that fridge was actually around $600 more than the one we want it because it is also 40% off a deal Lowes has going on. We thought it is easy to change paper work than have the delivery guys taking that fridge out again put doors back etc... We also were worry to lost our food especially the ribeyes we bough yesterday all together we had over $200 in meats plus the rest of food we have already in boxes in our living room we definitely didn't want to throw away all our food waiting for the other fridge since they make the mistake with this wrong delivery So; we decided to make the phone call to Lowes to talk to this guy "appliances' manager" a butthole which makes us feel like it was actually our fault of this mistake...He said he will transfer this call to his boss because it was not his call... After waiting there was not Boss it was this "appliances manager" again saying he talk to her but; there is nothing they can do so; they will sent the right fridge later or tomorrow. Well; we still were worry for our food.

We didn't want a free fridge we will pay more because we knew was a better one but; We didn't even have the chance because this manager which looks like he didn't even know this fridge also have a 40% OFF he just didn't want to listen. Well; here we go again bring the old fridge back in the house to be connect; put house doors back on and put away food back in the OLD FRIDGE hoping our foods are still good. Well; ice cream was already melted not good just like the customer services appliances manager at Lowes Sylva NOT GOOD. So; we decided to cancel the order for the fridge.

This morning we woke up very happy for our new fridge but it turn out as a super upsetting Sunday for me. I cannot help I just feel sad, upset, and disappointed of everything. One person can make u feel like you did something wrong when u think you did the right thing.

We don't own a construction company so we don't spend millions of dollars per month but We just move to our new home so; we have been spending a good amount almost every week there I have to say Lowes always have great employees which help me all the time. But just because of one person with a terrible customer service this "appliances manager" I am not sure if I will ever buy anything there again.

We will have a new fridge and other appliances someday BUT NOT FROM LOWES.

I've tried to call my local Lowes to ck on an order status. First I was put on hold and the 2nd call was never answered. I then tried to call Lowes customer service and speaking to a person isn't an option! I shouldn't have to drive to the store to find out if my order is in.

I went to the Danville Virginia Lowe's store this morning, as I do 3-4pm times per week..the floors had water on them (it was raining here), and I slipped, fell, landed on my arm and hip..I am extremely sore, my complaint is the zero concern for my well being from Any of the staff on duty! No one asked or offered any help! I am a stage 4 cancer survivor and also a quadruple bypass survivor. ..I don't expect anything except common courtesy in any business that I go to..but, this lack of courtesy is just ridiculous.

worst customer service ever why don't you disclose at time of purchase you have an outside company do your service and that they cant give a window less than an entire day had my wife wait on a call till that morning only to tell her it would be all day and that there is only one service company in the area on a new washer and dryer so we not only have a new washer and dryer that doesn't work but we lose a days pay as well for your defective product WOW what a deal!!!!! only to get hung up on by your customer service if I did business like that id be out of business did a complete basement remodel with all your materials etc and countless other items tools etc I will be calling to cancel my card and future business cant do business with customer care like that really a shame

My name is Debbie Brunker. My husband Jeff Brunker bought a sliding glass door for our deck from the Georgetown,Ky. Lowe's store. We had it installed on May by Lexington Homeworks Carl Jones. They did a great job installing the door, but when they came to install it, it was the wrong door. They came back the next week to install it and there was a hole in the screen door. I was told by Carl that he ordered a new screen door. It would be in the next week. That week came and went. My husband called Carl with no answer and no return call. He called several times with no reply. He finally received a return call around the first of July. He said that he would call the company and get a new door. That has been the last time we have talked to him. Lowes called to see how we liked our door an if we were satisfied with the installation .My husband explained what was going on. They stated that they would check on it. Today is August 7, 2015. My husband called Carl this week with no answer and no return call. My husband called the manager at Lowe's today and talked to the manager. We had to take the door back to the store ourselves and the manager had a new door waiting on us. I am sorry, but I don't complain about much, but this is terrible service between the installer and Lowe's this is pretty bad service. Not only was the service bad, but a mouse got through the hole in the screen door and got in my closet and chewed up several scarves and a jacket that I had just bought. That was not a good day. I am very disappointed in Carl Jones and Lowe's. I hope this does not happen to many people. We have also shopped at Lowe's, but this makes us think twice about going there now. We have always loved this store until now.

I went to the paint dept @ Lowe's on 200 in Ocala, Fl on 4/03/2015, chose my paint chip, went to what I assumed was customer service to have paint mixed. I stand in 2 different spots waiting 5 to 10 minutes to have someone help me. There were 2 men working in that area, but neither of them asked if they could help. I assumed they were busy and I waited patiently for them. One of them practically bumped into me and went to the front counter to serve someone that just walked up. I then realized I must stand @ that particular spot for service. Really??? They both knew I needed service, but apparently I did not jump through the right hoop. Left & not going back!!!!

Brian Cox and Zack Hughes did a very good job in delivering and installing our Frigidaire refrigerator on March 8, 2015, in Amarillo, Texas. They apologized over and over about running late because another employee got sick and they had to take over for him. They are from store #270. They did great work. Thanks, guys.

I. Give a big thank you to JOSH KING AND ERIC MONETATHELI FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER. NOT HAPPY WITH THE CONVERSATION WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER TO MY SERVICE NEED.. cannot express how much they made my day. The weather was bad and they came back out and set up my appliances. I rate them a ten. The manager Leon need some good customer service training. I almost changed my mind about the purchase. Again they made my day. GOD BLSS THOSE GUYS. I bought these products on 2-13-2015 received them on 3-4-2015.No apologies from the manager or compensation or anything.

I've been treated like a poor dog this morning at my Woburn Lowes. I am usually really happy about their products and associates but this morning I had to talk with the store manager assistant about a price which jumped by 50% in 2 months!!! Bifold door, $53 last October, $90 today...
This guy has been really rude with me, the way he was talking and even if I am an excellent customer (spent thousands in their store), he kept saying, I do whatever I want with the price and that's it. He was really nervous. Because as a customer, you can expect more than that, I kept arguing and then he finally lost his temper and said that I was insulting him, that he wanted me to leave the store right away without my cart, that he was going to call the police and charge me because I did not want to leave without my wood!!! He also lied saying that I hit him with my cart and that was a criminal charge!!! Speechless... still can not believe it! I am going to meet the store manager on Friday but do not expect much since they are usually support their employees. So I tried to reach the customer service because this guy do not have to do anything in a store, you can not treat customer like that!!!

Lowes is horrible.....I made a purchase with a lowes credit card and paid it off in the store the same day. I called when the statement came in and the system said the payment was received. The card balance was paid in full. 2 months lTer it shows on my credit score as a balance due. After sitting on hold listening to elevator music for 47 minutes an automated voice said call back tomorrow our system is being upgraded. Lowes absolutely is the worst nightmare ever.
