Lyft sucks!!! Horrible experience ever. Drivers can't understand simple directions. Don't know how they're even still in business!! Call Uber or walk home, like I did!!!! ?

My ride for 430-445 pm today, 4/29 has not shown up yet. Sent messages no answer. I'm very upset to say the least and hope he's ok

i set up a ride in Orlando area, intended back to Melbourne. this drive named David with plate number CFBL07,showed up and forced me to agree with paying cash.he was like accept it or get out! he said he was trying to avoid taxes!this kind of service is completely disgusting and unacceptable,i hope lyft jump on actions!

I'm partially blind that is why is use lift Every day just can't get any response from Lyft about discounts
