I cannot believe how long a disputed charge takes to be resolved. After bringing a fraudulent charge to my attention in October 2015 and following their procedures, I continue to be harassed by their collections department in April. Macy's employees have lied to me about their actions regarding their actions. They have wasted many hours of my time as well as theirs. I will no longer do business with a company that treats customers with such little respect.

need good phone number for some can come on line to resolve problem, like other credit card co, press O for Oprator

Your 1 800 telephone number does not allow people to actually SPEAK with a representative. I ordered a gift card on March 2; your website tracking says "in transit . . . expected delivery March 11th. It is now March 15th and the gift card has NOT been received. However, I have already been charged on my credit card statement.

I've been trying and trying to reach a live person at Macy's. I final used your suggestion to press 0 six times quickly and it worked!!! Thank you!

Well, after several months of trying to contact Macy's about my credit card I opened when I purchased some furniture with a dispute about my bill I FINALLY reached someone by pushing 0 not once but 6 times total!! Thank you for the tip! They are supposedly resolving the issue (we'll see) on my next statement but after reading the other customer reviews I will be cancelling my card after the balance is paid! Thanks for th contact help though!

I did a prepay for a hat at least four years ago. Although it was proven I was telling the truth they merely offered...me sixty dollars for my troubles. This was the corporate office. Turley Moore

I tried to order perfume and lotion yesterday and they denied the credit card but charged the items to my checking account twice. I need an explanation and can not get through by phone (on hold for 30 minutes) and emails are not answered. Time to get an attorney involved.

Your service suck you send packages fed ex they are dropping them in postal service not telling customer then you call the 800 customer care can't give a answer left me on hold hour can't get a supervised

Terrible customer service in store and on the phone, I have been trying to return a call from the store for 5 days now and cannot reach the person I was told to contact. I am told the person is not on duty, his shift changed, busy, it is absolutely ridiculous. I will not return to that store, I am a very dissatisfied customer, and very disappointed in Macy's brand after being a loyal customer for more than 20 years.

Terrible customer service! Rude operator hung up on me. Issues with my balance statement and in reaching a person to talk to. Very frustrated!

Horrible customer service. They did not help solve the problem then when I asked to speak with a manager they hung up on me. This happened twice!!!

beware buy nothing on credit from macys if one calls customer service , i get collection though i am disputing it because all the charges are due to late fees/.If i have bought nothing on what basis should i pay a late fee.

Having an account with trouble and not being able to talk to someone is a nightmare. I am not late with my payment but your website says that I am. I have been a very good customer over the years with small problems but I pay my bill. Can someone call me and hear my complaints and get the problem solved. The phone system is horrible. My name is Grinetta F. Parker home phone 704-910-1369 and I am home after 5:55pm. My next payment is due 11/10/2015 and Macys says I am late this is killing me.

There is NO WAY to talk to a person. This is very aggrevating.
The above text says "press 0 3 times..." that makes the automated machine say goodbye then hang up on me!
How can I resolve my issue, if there is no way to talk to someone, and what I need help with is not in in your horribly nested phone menu?

Your customer service is a joke! I've called 3 different phone numbers and haven't been able to talk with a real person. I made one purchase total in a Macy's store and have received four different build. I pay the total and they keep sending statements that day I owe interest. What is wrong with this business and lack of customer service? How can I rate anything except the absolute worst rating when requiring a better rating would mean I'd have to talk with a person, and that hasn't happened?

I wanted to add a few items to my current order, however I was unable to contact anyone to help me do so. Your customer service is NON-EXISTENT! What a shame!!

Macy's customer service support is a joke. I opened my account with them eight months ago, and every month I am trying to get in touch with a representative on accord of an error in my account. This usually takes about an hour, and this past month I have not had any luck. All I get is a prerecorded operator that wants me to use prompts, however, there is NO prompt that will allow me to speak with someone directly. I HATE dealing with thier customer service support.

Since July I have been trying to get a credit on a Macy's.com order totaling over $400.00. The credit was not there so I called immediately. Over 40 minutes on the phone trying to get to a representative. Good luck with that. It takes calling a store and the. calling a department and somehow you get hooked in to a very distant sounding connection with a person who put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I have now done this for two months in a row. No credit refund. I have never in my life had such bad customer service. Ever. So as a cardholder for 38 years I am done with Macys.

I was in macys today handed her my 20% off , she never applied the savings!!!! Handed the card back, tried calling and around in circles on phone! NO LIVE PERSON!!! I HATE SHOPPING THERE!

You double charged my debit card and now i can't talk to a live person to rectify YOUR mistake!!! Will definitely make complaint to better business bureau this time around since your company doesn't seem to care about their customers or their financial position. Because of your mistake checks might bounce and i have no cash to live off of for a few days.

I never received my May statement so contact the toll free number to advise and ended up making a payment online. The agent never told me there was a delq charge or offered to write it off. It has been two months an I just received an email so I called .. here I am 2 hours later and cannot get through to anyone in Customer Service to dispute my account being past due for $4 interest off the delq charge ... like really .... very poor customer service, lack of ownership and customer satisfaction - agents have no common sense to resolve a tenure customer dispute and lack of empowerment to do so... cancelling my card
